i reckon there'll be a mixture of good and bad Lionel - nothing too evil though

I can't wait to see what direction they're taking Lionel. Either way, his character always has some really exciting storylines ahead. I think he may still be the vindictive MB that we've all grown to love to hate, but at the same time, I'm not sure. Maybe he was just looking out for Clark's best interests in the last episode, and we don't know it. Perhaps he's good. But that quote "you don't have the guts to plan a successful murder" that he said last week, was indicitive of Lionel's dark nature. We'll see. Can't wait to see if he's behind any of the bad stuff in this episode tonight.

pure evil lionel. yes after the last ep MB is back. nothing but the bad guy. I'm not sure however if lionel is even in this ep. Guess we'll see.

on the CW Official Description, it listed John Glover as being in this episode.

if lionel is in this episode i think he will be a bit of both.

he will probably be all nice to clark and then the next scene he goese to lana and says remember i shall kill him if you talk errrrrr.


ya and i agree lionel is best in all episodes he is in. i wish we got more of him this season. he was great last season and season 4. only 2 good episodes so far for him this season.

I think there is still some of that "Jor-el programming" in Lionel. I think he still has Clark's best interests in mind.I believe he only seems evil because he somehow knows that Clark's destiny doesnt involve Lana.

Never thought of it like that. Its certainly a possibility, cos we've seen what sort of stuff Jor-El is capable of.
