Wow, did anyone get a cringing feeling that Lana was about to find out some info on Clark? Sweet twist with the whole password protection thing, but it makes you wonder why Chloe still has a file on Clark.

well she is clark's side kick. so through all her investigations in trying to help clark, esp with the phantom zone escapees she would need to save files on everything. it would suck if she could never save anything. lol

That same file is the same name as the file Lana found with pictures of Clark and Chloe at the dance in the season 1 finale. Although THAT file was not password protected, so it could be different.

I guess Chloe assumes she's going to be the only one on her laptop, so she didn't want to mistake anything about Clark Kent with a name like "Quicktime" ... ooh, although that would be really good, since Clark's so fast and can make it anywhere in a short amount of time.

She had a file that was only pictures of Clark, but that was way back in season one. Besides, she wouldn't password protect it. I would be that the folder has the images from the Queen Industries satellites.

Maybe that wasn't really her folder on Clark...but it was really her porn folder. And then her folder than is labeled 'porn' is where all of the important Clark files are. Man I should be one of the writers!

If I remember correctly (although I could be wrong) the file that held the pictures of Chlark from the Spring Formal was shown to be called "CK" in Rossetta in the scene where Lana was snooping around on Chloe's computer in the Torch.

Lana shouldn't be able to access the laptop at all in the first place anyway. Wouldn't Chloe have boot password or something? It's almost as ridiculous as Clark deleting all of her files on the GA ring images in Arrow.

But for dramatic effects and plot devices, everything is forgiven :D I got a little jittery too when I saw that CK folder.

I thought the funny thing was that Chloe probably assumed that Lana was going to snoop around on her laptop but remembered that everything vital was password protected (and that lana isnt geeky enough to hack) so she walked out without any worries.

Lana was frustrated that it was password protected, but what did she expect? I think she's a little hesitant about her snooping, too (or just how to go about it)-- she didn't even try to figure out the password! I agree that Chloe would've had a better name for the folder than "CK"; like "Boyscout"! Maybe Boyscout was the password...
It is frustrating how sly & secretive Lana has always been, but she expects everyone else to be completely honest with her! But "peoples is peoples", & I still have hope for Lana --& not because she's pretty (I'm over that)-- because her character later on is Clark's friend who keeps his secret. I'm okay with a lot of the variations in the story (I would be okay if they made Chloe "Oracle" instead of Barbara Gordon/ Batgirl #1), but Lana is too important a character to the Superman story. They can kick her off the show, but she would have to leave on good terms.
