I think they should pull a huge surprise on us and have Clark admit to Lana that he is special in this episode, but not that he's an alien. However, I voted "yes but not in this episode" because we've never had anything quite so surprising happen, except maybe when we found out Lionel already knew.

She is going to find out, but so what? It won't change anything, even if she did , she and Clark can never be together again, if she keeps it to herself, and not tell Lex, again so what? What is she going to do with Clark's secret, they can never be lovers again and if she tells Lex, what does she think will happen then? Lex will then have the one thing he has always wanted, and he will no longer have any use for her, Bye, bye being a billionaire's wife, or worst, he just might find a way to get rid of her, or use her as a pawn against Clark. either way you cut it, she comes out the loser, if she keeps it to herself, she might still be of use to Lex against Clark, if she spills the beans, she is finished, she is caught in a no-win situation, she can't go back to Clark and she can't let Lex she knows the truth, the former is lost to her forever and the latter has no use for her except as a pawn against Clark.

it was easy to pick 'yes but not in this episode' after watching it.

i think she finds out, understands why clark never told her, and agrees that they can't be together so its over. forever.

I think she already knows. After how many times He's gotten there "just in time" and has she ever seen him get hurt? Other than that one episode where he got rope burns?
She's gotta know already. The looks in her eyes in this episode spell it out. Just because she hasn't told clark. She probably thinks he's give some lame answer, hasn't told lex because she knows he's been trying to prove clark was alien or something for years, and won't tell chloe she knows because she knows chloe won't admit she's right.
Chloe didn't exactly go off and tell anyone when she saw clark stop the car in mid air when she found out. Lana probably won't admit she knows until after the wedding.

I also think that Lana would find out!!!! It is time for her to find out!!!! She wants to know it so many years and it would explane a lot to her becasue of Clark and why he broked up, why is was so strange sometimes etc. She would get coler to Clark again and that would be great. I know Clark end up with Lois but through all these things we get with Clark and Lana together ( when we watched Smallville) I think we deserve that they can clear thing between them! Clark was so scared as he saw the picture of Lana which the stalker took of her. But she hasn't showed this picture Lex ( to protect Clark) and I think thta is rellay good! She lied to Lex!!!!
