Who was that Gypsie/Potion woman and how did she know the future?

Just wondering if she has any other significance.. She sure was specific in her predictions. I was trying to think DC and she doesn't fit Zatanna's powers but seems to be some sort of mystic.

Probably nothing though, just thrown in to make the story work. ..still pretty specific to say Lois and Clark have a future together (or however she said it)

Any thoughts?

I knew I wasnt the ONLY one who caught that.. because she KNEW about the FUTURE with CLOIS and it didnt seem right that she just didnt have an any significance to that story...

She was just some gypsie future telling potion maker. The line was just used as another tie-in to the comics.

I tend to look for trains when none are running some times. I would love if Smallville did take it up a notch and give the storyline a bit of LOST flavor and let us put more pieces together.

(before I get flamed on the LOST reference, I mean that in a very light way, it was just the first thinker show that came to mind)

Did Jimmy tell her that the two people involved with the love potion were named Lois and Clark?... or did she pull that out of thin air? I haven't been able to watch it twice to check...

After watching it the first time and catching the replay, I was wondering about the gypsy myself. First thought was toward Zatanna, so I was curious to what the called the character, as I did not catch her name. After rewatching the scene with Jimmy, I noticed that the gypsy had only one bottle with green kryptonite spray on her shelf, almost as if she KNEW what effect the red kryptonite lipstick would have and that the green kryptonite would counteract it.

I really hope they tie her in with a later episode.

She did say that she had similar results with other people and that the green K spray was the only thing she found that would counteract it.
