Confusing..

So is Clark in like an Alternate dream state or something? How did he get there, and he obviously told them all his powers during that time period that he 'was there' .. your thoughts?

Clark is in his mind. It might be easier to think of it as an Alternate Universe. The Zoner/Freak/Whatever that attacked him in the beginning put him there and is feeding him the lies about his powers and everything being a delusion.

Basically, everything you've seen after Clark and Shelby in the barn has been a dream/delusion, but the Phantom-in-the-guise-of-a-doctor is trying to convince him it's the other way around.
