Mistakes or goofs in "Godsend"

When Nikki was talking to DL on the prison phone, DL phased his arm through the glass.
Cool effect.
But, there was a gaurd standing there watching.
I know if I had seen that I would be flipping out.

ya i was wondering that too. if the gaurd is ment to watch the prisoners as they are having visits the gaurd should have seen it.

When I was a gaurd at a hospital, when anyone came in to the ER that was a possible mental patient or a prisoner, that person was never left unattended for a moment.
Nor was he or she not either on camera or a person watching thier every move, many times the person in question has tried to escape or hurt themselves.
Those red sharps containers can have not only needles but scalpels & sissors that they could use on themselves or others.

IMO, that scene was a major goof.

In the scenes where Chlare and the Haitian talk, and the jumping scenes.
There are hills & mountains in the background.

There are no hills or mountains in or near Odessa Texas.
I went to college in that area.
