Differences between the Hydro director's cut & Hydro official episode

The one thing I noticed was in the Clark and Chloe scene when they cut back to Chloe after the hug she was wiping tears from her eyes before the "intergalactic traveler" line.

There were many changes between the episode & the trailers.

The main addition I noticed was that awful screechy music

A lot of those Lana lines about Clark were changed.

i think they had been edited for the trailers to mislead (i.e. get clana fan hopes up)

In the cut, Clark was looking at a framed photo of lana.. but in the real eppy, he's looking at a regular photo of the two. It always bugged me that he was looking at the framed picture.. cause didn't he break that last season??
Also a lot of the lines were changed..

You got to remember the cut scene things on cw site are usually always a little different then the aired scenes.

I noticed the "something wouldn't let me say yes" line was changed.

BTW, please check out my poll to about whether including the directors' cuts in the season 6 DVD set is a good idea. I want to present it to someone at the Warner Bros DVD division if enough people vote and in time for it to get included. Here is the link:

I think these should be part of the season sets since they are a part of the season. The Static director's cut is the only time we hear that Batista's name in that episode was Aldar.
