I'm still thinking Claire's Father is Nathan, and it fits with the hint that Claire's Father has an ability.

Does anyone feel so weird that there's an episode entitled Run that doesn't have a superspeedster? I wonder if we'll ever get anyone with a speed power?

Tim Kring reveals: [Claire] finds out in Episode 15 airing Feb. 12 [who her father is], but it doesn't mean anything to her. They come close to having an encounter but don't. It's a really tragic, great story. That episode is terrific.
