OK, behold our newest addition to SV: deputy Morales...
Quite a few people have already complained about the 'legal' Mexican deputy in this epi...
What bothered me is that despite a 'thorough' search of the barn, he didn't find Javier hiding in a closet...?!?
He obviously isn't the brightest light in the SV Police department... Still, I am looking forward to more Dept. Moralees, I've always enjoyed the members of the SVPD so far...

The only thing that bothers me is that TPTB must constantly give us new characters instead of... oh I don't know... writing decent material. There was nothing wrong with that Ethan (I think that's his name, the first cop) guy. Him and that older female cop working together actually had some potential in my opinion.

Bothered me too:
Morales: It's good to be thorough.
<cough from closet>
Morales: I'll be sure to keep an eye out though...
<sneeze from closet>
Morales: ...because nothing gets past Smallville's Finest.
<Javier falls out of closet right in front of Morales and scrambles back in>
Morales: I'll get back to searching, tell me if you see that kid around though, Clark.

Well, Ethan framed Jonathan for murder and killed Mike, the Wild Coyote bartender.
I actually liked the cops of Lockdown a lot. I would like them to show up again looking for the ship, this time for Lex to have his 33.1 army exterminate them.

In what episode did Sherriff Adams go away?
Nevermind, it was "Lockdown" :) I had a brain freeze there for a while.

BTW, was that the same cop who stopped Simone in the deleted scene of Hypnotic? Or the same one who checked up on Lois in a season 5 episode?

Dep Morales is okay.. a little hard on his own peeps though i mean its just small town Kansas.
He seems too weak 4 a town like SV and he obviously did an illegal search.
