Fallout: The episode will feature a Russian cab driver who works in Odessa.

11/22 - The tragic events in Texas have sad, serious repercussions for many of the "heroes," their families and friends. Meanwhile, shocking details about the moments leading up to Issac's predicted New York City nuclear bombing are revealed. Later, Issac's newest painting has fascinating future implications for a hero in crisis. Suresh takes the first steps along his new path. Matt and F.B.I. Agent Audrey Hanson (guest star Clea DuVall) pursue a break in the Sylar case. Horrified by Jessica's recent actions, Niki makes a tough decision to protect her family. Jack Coleman, Tawny Cypress, Noah Gray-Cabey, Greg Grunberg, Masi Oka, Adrian Pasdar, Leonard Roberts and Milo Ventimiglia also star. Ashley Crow, Thomas Dekker, Jimmy Jean-Louis, James Kyson Lee and Nora Zehetner guest star

im wondering if nikki kills herself to prevent jessica from killing anyone ever agian. maybe thats the death of the episode.

"Fallout," which is episode 11, returns to telling everyone's story, and it will end with a cliffhanger. Or several of them. "We're off the air for six weeks after episode 11, and so we cliffhang once again most of the characters' stories, which forces us in episode 12 to come back to everybody's story," [Tim] Kring said.

Here are some more poilser to add to this list....

-The painting Isaac does is of Hyro with his Samurai sword about to fight something huge (won't mention what)

-The bomb to hit NYC is not a what but a who (either Peter of that other radioactive guy)

-Many Heroes will return or reappear or never be seen again. Thanks to Hyro's power among other things. (apparently he saves a few people) so whoever does 'die' probably will come back in future episodes.

and some other stuff taht I can't remember at the moment :p

It was mentioned in the bran-spanking new TVguide. One page of it :)

wow tv guide just likes ruining plotlines for people dont they lol. they do that for smallville too. lol. that painting seems intresting. and i bet the explosion is going to be the cliffhanger. atleast one of them. but why is the explosion a mid season cliffhanger and not a season finale cliffhanger? hummm. guess that new painting of hiro fighting something huge will be that cliffhanger. this show seems to have more cliffhangers then lost but atleast we get answers in this show lol.

Adrian Pasdar reveals: There is a little bit of death and mayhem and one of the victims is a Hero, as you know. It answers the questions that were posited, I think, by the first 10 episodes, and it sets in motion what’s going to happen in the second half of season one. The dynamic between myself and my brother, Peter, gets changed quite a bit. I’m running for congress, and my brother is sitting in jail for murder, so that alters things. We also resolve some substantial issues that people have been asking about this bomb. It’s pretty powerful. I will say the relationships get much tighter. Familial bonds are revealed, with somebody you probably don’t suspect...I didn’t expect it when I read the script. But furthering the issues that have been set up is really the responsibility of the second half of the season. I can’t talk too specifically about it, but it does get more intense, if that’s possible.

Before Heroes goes into repeat mode, [Tim] Kring promises lots more insight into what — or better yet, who — is the bomb that will nuke Manhattan. "We've introduced Sprague (Matthew John Armstrong), who is radioactive and seems to be getting worse," Kring notes. "But we'll posit another theory that it's Peter (Milo Ventimiglia). He's having so much trouble absorbing the powers around him that he goes into a coma." A hero "will be seduced into the web of Horn-rimmed Glasses," Kring says of Jack Coleman's character. But Kring admits this may not ultimately prove as traitorous — or tragic — as it sounds. "We're keeping things ambiguous with H.R.G. There's a lot of uncertainty as to just how bad he really is, or where his allegiance really lies. He seems to be a very loving father, so the audience should feel torn about him." Someone with superpowers will die. But it could have been much worse, Kring claims. "We originally intended the Grim Reaper to come sooner and more often. In fact, we started out with a couple of the heroes already on the chopping block." What saved them? "Every actor and character is working so well that it's been hard to let anyone go. Still, killing this character will generate a tremendous amount of story."
