Despite my little comment after the name, I was thinking Hannibal in the historical sense, as in Hannibal, leader of Carthage. Lex is short for Alexander, as in Alexander the Great. Lex's brother was named Julian, possible short for Julius, as in Caesar. So Hannibal fits in that sense, or given Lex is a fan I believe of Homer, so how about Achilles , Hector or Odysseus. If its a girl, may be Cassandra, Hera, or Athena. I would say Helen, but that is Lex's ex-wife, so that might not go over well. It won't be the name that is given to Lana's baby in the comics, because that is Clark Kent Ross.;)

Though if you want a good historical name Id actually consider Ramsey or make some variation of Ramsis the Great. Now theres a great leader. Also Seth sort of off of Seti who was another great warrior Pharoh is a good name.
