I got what you mean, HowardFilms. That was funny, and I feel like it happens a lot in TV shows- identity revealed based on being the opposite sex from what people expect.

Kind of like in Wither where the Park Ranger was the only woman ranger in the area.

It was obviously Lex' henchman.

Most likely planted the arrow to divert suspicion to GA.

At the dinner, Chloe stated the guy was arrested for her murder, the one that had shot Oliver. The bigger question was, was he working for Lex or for himself? And based on Lex's threat to the doctor, I'm choosing to believe Lex hired him to kill her and set up the arrow.
