Raya spin kick!

yea she did get alil sexy to me when she got violent but I'm jus glad tptb didn't have her play a li to clark.But I also wish she could have fought more,I jus knew when she kicked him and she went to clark he would superspeed over.I thought they would have shown her fightin more,but it was a cool scene nonetheless from all 3.Clark gettin manhandle again by another zoner,yet outsmartin them at the end :lol:

It was a pretty awesome spin kick. The question I have though....even though she had a hole blown through her, why didn't she heal? Everytime Clark was injured by something exterterrestrial (remember that he was impaled by the plant lady from an epsiode or two ago), he was able to regenerate and live...so why not Raya?

For the most part, I thought Raya was boring. But that spin kick was awesome. She was like, "oh don't even mess with me!" I wish she would have went after Baern and really showed Clark how a real kryptonian takes care of business, especially since Clarkie missed seeing her spin kick.

Raya did say that he will have enough power/energy to kill her and clark after absorbing the "black box" that beam thingy he used prob left some kinda mark or somethin on raya to prevent her from regenerating, but that kick was great!!

the energy blast Baern used on Raya was the energy he got from absorbing the black box, which is kryptonian design, hence, the energy the black box uses is of kryptonian based energy, which may have the same as effect as if using kryptonite on kryptonians. The first time Baern used his energy on Clark were energy he absorbed from the local nuclear power plants, which doesn't have enough power to kill Clark.

Also, she didn't have as much solar power stored in her as Clark did. Which is why I think it was cool how Clark called her a rookie (since that's what she and even Zod were when it comes to having powers). Clark should have even had powers in the PZ since his body had stored all those powers for all that time. While in the PZ, he should have been like a battery losing its charge while not being recharged (since there was no yellow sun). This is a plot hole in Smallville that is not present in the comics (where he always has powers as long as he has stored energy and is not under a red sun).

I think the Phantom Zone has properties that strip beings of their "metahuman" powers.
