Okay... you guys must think I'm out of my mind running 4 stories.. as if 3 isn't bad enough.. but it's these ideas.. I can't get it out of my head unless I write it down.. so here.

This started out as a Lexana story.. I even posted it in the Lexana section but.. I'm going to offically change it to Clana.. oh... and Lana's going to be single not with Lex *hint, hint*



Backgrouds: The story takes place a few months after Vessel. Clark is free from the Phantom Zone. Lex is now returned to normal without any superstrength or anything. And Brainac is dead but the evil in Lex is still brewing inside of him. But being with Lana helps keep it down. Also Clark is dating Chloe but he's not serious because he's still majorly in love with Lana. And Jimmy Oslen is going to be here too.

Pairings: Clark/Lana, Lex/Lana, Clark/Chloe, Chloe/Jimmy, Lois/Danny, Others

Disclaimers: I don't own anyone.

Warnings: I'm trying to have Lexana, Chlark, Clana, and Climmy so that everyone can be happy ohhh.. and there's some new characters.


Chapter 1: Can We Still Be?

Lex sat in one of the table at the Talon. Anxiously waiting for Lana to meet him.

He was becoming inpatient as he started to play with the suger packs. And he keeps stirring his latte with his straw.

He couldn't help it. He was as nervous as can be. After everything that's happened to him. Being possed by some alien, having supernatural powers, and destroying the world isn't going to help him keep Lana.

He just doesn't know what to do anymore. After everything that's happened he has finally came up with the courage to ask Lana to meet him to discuss them ever having a chance of being a couple again.

Just as he was about to get up and leave a beautiful brunette walked into the Talon slowly taking slow steps. She looked up at Lex as she walked towards him.

"Lana... I thought you weren't going to make it." He said neverously as he opens pulls a chair for her to sit on.

"I was just caught up with school." She said sitting down.

"Can I get you anythin?" He asked calling for the waitress to come.

"Um... just a Latte would be great." She said to the waitress.

"So... how have you been?"He asked neverously sipping his own Latte.

"Good... lonely.." She said taking the Latte from the waitress.

"Ohh.... Lana I know what I did was wrong..."

"Lex..."

"And there's no excuses for what I did.... but I just wanted you to know that.... with everything I did... the one thing that hasn't change since then.." He paused for a second to look at her.

She looked really sad and upset. He tried to reach across the table to hold her hand but she immediatly pulled back.

"Is who I feel about you... Lana, I will always, always, love you."
He said looking straight into her eyes.

She could tell he was being honest because of the passion in his eyes. It was much different then the time he was possessed by Zod.

"Lex... I..I..don't know...what to say..."

"Say.. that you love me too..." He said giving her a faint smile.

Chapter 2: I Need A Break


"Lex... " She said reaching out to hold his hands lightly. Looking into his eyes.

"I..I..I.. can't." She said truely sorry looking into his eyes.

"Why???" He asked squeezing her hands firmly looking deeply in her eyes. His face was truely, truely sadden and started to get a bit watery.

"Um.. because.. I can see the evil in you.. when you were possed by Zod.. and even when he's gone.. I can still see it in you." She said pulling her hands back from him. She looked down for a second before looking back at him.

"Lana.. I can change.. I'm not evil and I won't be.. it's not me.. I was controled by Zod." He said extremely sad and scared of losing her.

"But there has to be a reason why Zod would picked you.. out everyone else in the world.. because you guys shared the same thing... evil."

"Lana... there's a part of my.. evil.. that will always be there.. but when I'm with you... I don't feel it.. at all. Without you... I don't know if I can suppress it. You're the few good things in my life... I can't lose you.." He said sitting back.

"Lex.. You won't lose me.... I'll always be here for you.. like you have been for me. " She said assuring him that.

He looked down for a moment then back up at her. knowing that it's too late. He can't change how she feels about him. That she still in love with Clark no matter how much she tells herself she doesn't. He knew that the only way to win her again is to destroy Clark once and for all.

"I..I.. understand. Can we still be friends? I don't want anything to ruin our friendship." He said putting on a fake smile.

"Of course.. I don't want to ruin this friendship either." She said smiling back at him lightly.

"I've got to go... I have a class at 7:00pm. I'll see you around. Bye" She said taking off.

"Bye" He said sipping more of his latte. Just as he was about to get into his car and leave he bumped into none other then Clark. Going in to get a cup of coffee.

"Clark..." Lex said turning around to face Clark who obviously didn't want to talk to him.

"Lex..." Clark said angerly turning around to see what Lex wanted.

"Listen... I'm sorry.. for what happened. I didn't want this to happen.. I'm sorry" He said truely sorry.

"Don't be... If it wasn't for you innocent people would still be alive."Clark said without even looking at Lex.

"I was trying to give the people a fighting chance." He said pleading that he was innocent.

"But all of this wouldn't have happened if you weren't trying to study me... Zod could have destroyed this entire world." He said leaving.

"Then what happened? How come he was stopped who stopped him?" Lex yelled loud enough for Clark to hear.

"Why don't you tell me? You were the one who was possed. I wasn't even around when this happened." Clark said coldy turning around to stare at him. Lying as best as he could but lying to Lex wasn't easy.

"My memory was erased. The only thing I can remember was sleeping with Lana on the couch." Lex pulling the jealousy card making Clark as jealous as he can.

"Then we will never know will we." Clark trying his best to hold his down his jealousy.

Clark went inside leaving Lex outside still wondering. After a few more minutes he decided to go to back to his house to do more reseach.

Meanwhile Martha was handleing the all of this nonsense and fear at the White House.

"I can assure you that this threat has stopped." She said looking into the camaras of one of the reporters.

"Senator Kent.. representing the state that the virus started holds you responsible. So can you tell us how you let this happened." One of the nosy reporters asked.

"I didn't allow this to happen. Nobody did.. It was all just an unexpected surprise. We cannot control everything that goes on in this universe. Heck we couldn't even control what goes on our own planet. I assure you that this was just as random as the attack on 9-11. We had no clue when it would strike. But now we have deleveloped better and stronger technology that would destroy this treat if it ever happens again. I believe that if we stand together then this we're ready to take this head on!!" She said strongly that all of the reporters back down. As she steps into her limo.

Inside of the limo was her cheif of staff Lois Lane. With a laptop going over a few bussiness things.

"So how did it go?" Lois asked looking up at Mrs. Kent.

"Good.. I did what Lionel suggested.. be strong and assuring and they'll back down. And they did.. so where are we headed?" Martha asked checking the messenges on her cell phone.

"Well.. I'm headed to a meeting but your headed to dinner with the Mayor of Topeka to discuss how we are going to fight off other accusers." She said typing up everything and looking back at Martha.

"Okay... then I'll see you at the hotel." Martha said before getting out of the limo as the driver steps out to open the door for her in front of a fancy resturant.

"Alright.. Bye!" Lois said sitting back as the driver took off again to her meeting.

Chapter 3: Just Friends


Clark was entering the doors of the daily planet. He had a bag of dougnuts and a coffee in his hands.

He was greeted by Chloe's warm smile as she stood up seeing him.

"Hey, I got your dougnut and coffee like you wanted." He said holding it in front of her. She quickly grabbed it and returned to her desk.

"Your just in time, I thought I was going to fall asleep. Thanks Clark." She said smiling again at him. Which he returned sitting down next to her.

"So anything new?" He asked preying for something... anything.

"Nope, ever since the big blow out everything seems to be quiet." She said sipping her coffee and bitting a part of her chocolate dougnut.

"So... about the kiss... " He said nervously as Chloe's brain turned onto alert mode.

"Clark, I really do care about you... and seeing with you with someone else hurted for a whole year." She said turning a bit red as Clark cleared his throat to talk again.

"Well... Chloe, I'm flattered by you feelings for me... but I only think of you... as a sister. My best friend who doesn't care if I'm not born under the same stars... I'm sorry Chloe for keeping you wait all this time.. but I really don't have feelings for you in that way." He said looking her straight in the eyes truely sorry for her.

"I..I..I understand It's Okay, I just want to know how you felt. And if you don't feel the same it's Okay. And the world was literally being destroy by aliens... so I guess it was then or never. I hope this doesn't change our friendship?" She said softly bitting her lips.

"No, nothing could do that... you'll always be my friend, my right hand women, and the women who saved by butt on quite a few occassions." He said smiling at her then leaning in to kiss her softly on the cheeks.

Just then a hand tapped him on the shoulders. He quickly turned around to see a young man in his 20's not as tall as him smiled at him then to Chloe.

"Hi, I'm Jimmy Oslen." He said reaching out his hands to shake Clark's.

"I'm Clark Kent." Clark said shaking Jimmy's hands.

"Jimmy, What are you doing here?" Chloe asked from behind standing up and folding her arms starring at Jimmy who got a bit nervous.

"Oh.. Um.. See.. I heard you were working her... and I guess I had to come see myself." He said avoiding eye contact with Chloe. He looked down to his shoes.

Clark looked at Chloe. Then to Jimmy seeing how uncomfortable they were around each other made him wonder. He quickly stood up pointing to Chloe.

"You guys know each other?" He asked pointing to Jimmy now.

"Yeah.. Jimmy said.. we're really, really, good friends." Jimmy said playing around knowing it would get Chloe upset. But he didn't care he wanted her to anyways.

"Really?" Clark said turning to Chloe. "That good of friends.. and I've never heard of him." Clark said a bit jealous and upset Chloe didn't tell him that she was in a relationship with this guy without hm knowing.

"Clark, we broke up... like years ago." Chloe said eyeing Jimmy who was now confused.

"Wait.. are you guys going out?" He asked scatching his head.

This caught Clark and Chloe by surprised as the started to blab around.

"No..No.. no.. " Chloe said in a hurry. "No..No.. Nope.. " Clark said about the same time as Chloe.

Jimmy looked at both of them and smiled. "Okay."

"Chloe, and I are just good friends and I was just kind of surprised she didn't tell me." Clark said smiling at both of them.

"Jimmy, now that you've seen me.. you can leave.. come on.. I'll show you the door." Chloe said rushing Jimmy out of the door.

"Actually, I also came here because Perry told me to tell you that I need a office desk.. next to yours. " He said smiling at Chloe. Enjoying her reaction.

"W..W..Wh..WHAT!!... No..No.. you're working here? How?? Why??" Chloe said as her eyes widen and she begins to stress.

"Well.. because I want to see you... and for How.. because I'm a good writer.." Jimmy said holding her arms. She just knocks it off though.

"I'd better be going.. see you around Jimmy...Bye Chloe." Clark said rushing out the door as fast as he could without using Superspeed

He didn't want to be caught up in the middle of that. Though he was glad Chloe was in a relationship with someone else and he hoped Chloe would reconsider because Jimmy sounded nice.

And he thought everything went well with his talk to Chloe.. he didn't want Chloe to misunderstood... because no matter what happens.. he will always, always only have feelings for one person. Lana, even though right now she hates his guts for not trusting her.

Meanwhile Lana was in the middle of class. She was quite and kind of sadden because she had mistrust someone. She thought she knew Lex so well.. and then he goes and becomes all of this. And she couldn't believe what she said to Clark. Telling him "How could I've ever love you."

A tear began to drop from her face. She didn't mean any of it.. she was in a panic mood and she was upset that he kept hiding from her.. keeping the truth from her, but she knew with her heart that he did trust her... but this wasn't about trust.. it was about something else.

She quickly wiped the tear from her eyes and tried to pay attention to her extremely boring teacher yap on about the laws of phsyics. He was the most boring teacher she ever had.

And his voice was like a deadman talking to you in your sleep.. maybe even more boring if not horrified. She puts her head on her hands. Trying to take notes because this class was important.

"Am I boring you with this Miss Lang?" Mr. Beck asked in a no emotions tone.

"No..No.. Mr. Beck.. Sir.. I'm fully paying attention to what your saying." She said wide awake. He got back to the front and started to yap all over again.

"This class is very important. And there's no point on paying to take it if your not going to pay attention to it. You might as well stay home." He said calming pointing to each of them.

"You know.. that was really close." A whispering voice came from behind her. She turned around to face this hot guy... blonde, muscular, sexy, and his voice was soo soo sexy.

She didn't say anything because she didn't want to. "I'm Kevin Collins." As the bell ranged.

She went straight to the door without saying anything but he followed after her.

"Hey, Did I catch you in a bad time? You seem strssed." He said kindly walking next to her.

"No..No.. I'm sorry.. It's just I'm kind of stress out right now.. that's all. I'm Lana Lang."

"It's Okay, It's just you seem like hell." He said as they continue walking.

"It's funny you should say that..um but it's good to meet you.. Kevin. I'll see you around." Lana said shaking his hands and then walking off to her dorm while he went to his car.

Um... Okay.. I've never been yelled at this much before... lanaLang1234, like what Treker said this story is just getting... and I plan on having lots of Clana in this story unlike the other ones this one will have Clana near the beginning and the other ones will have it through the whole story.

And the surfer guy is what me and Carrie was just talking about for fun. He could be a surfer and he could be interested in her or not. You'll just have to wait and see.

I get the whole Clana concept you don't have to explain it to me.. this is my story and I'll write it how I want to write it. I apprecaite you critizism and I'll try to meet your demands.

And Blana and Jasana are part of my other stories and sometimes I just can't have a great happy ever after story. Like every fairy tale has to have a bad person... and I'm trying to creat a strong Clana that can withstand anything.

This is a great story. Just starting reading it. I think you are a talented writer. I am always for Clana but you should write the story as you see it. Every great story must have some anguish. Write as you want. There will be many of us hear to read the story.

Chapter 4: I Still Love You


Clark was in his loft looking over some of his notes and stuff when he came across Lana's pictures. He looked at it slowly and thinking back to the time when they were taken.

'How did we grow this far apart. I don't know what happened between us Lana... but this is not who I wanted I want at all. You have to understand... I-I-I was trying to protect you.. but instead I pushed too far. To the point where... you have absolutely no love for me anymore.'

Clark sighed and put the picture down. It was hurting him so much. To see her fall for Lex, then the fact that everything he tried to prevent happened, and she was smacked right in the middle of it. In all his efforts to keep her away from danger he just pushed her to even more danger then ever... right into the enemies arms.

Tears begin to flow down his eyes remembering the times when she was his. All his.

Clark tripping right in front of Lana. As she bent over nicely to help him pick up his books.

Lana: So what are you?? Man or Superman??

Clark: I'm still trying to figure that out??

Clark getting out his motorcycle to run away to Metropolis when Lana came up to him stopping him.

Lana: I Need you.. your parents need you. Clark, I love you.

Clark: I love you too. More then you'll ever know. But I got to go.

Lana is now in tears as he rides off.

Clark is getting ready to go to the caves when he sees Lana coming.

Lana: I've always been in love with you.

Just as Clark puts the pictures down he hears footsteps coming up the stairs. It was a women because he can hear her heels clicking.

He quickly turns around to see Lana. She was wearing a jeans and a light blue shirt with a sweater over it.

Clark was completely surprised and happy to see Lana he didn't know how to react.

Lana: Hi...

Clark: Lana, Hi...

Lana sees how cautious Clark is so she decides to walk closer to him giving him a warm smile saying that she's not here to yell or get mad at him.

Lana: Uh, Clark... I.. I came here.. to say sorry.

Clark: Lana,... I'm sorry too..

Lana was shocked to hear this. She exepted Clark to be really mad at her... shoo her from his sight with what she had said to her.. but here he is... saying Sorry??

Lana: For What?? Clark, I should be sorry.. I trusted the wrong person... And if I told you what you asked me for.. then the world wouldn't be going through all of this...

Clark: It wasn't your fault... you had no reason to trust me.. and I didn't give you reason to.

Lana: But...

Her voice begins to break and now she's beginning to tear up.

Lana: How.. How could I be so stupid.. to trust him... and then he turns... evil right there.. and I couldn't even see it.. and pushed my best friends all away.

Clark: You didn't know... none of us did.. until it was too late. It's not your fault.. it was mine.. I pushed you in the wrong direction..

Lana begins to cry a little more. Clark being the gentalmen he is comes over to hold her in his arms. In that one moment all of Clark's anger towards her was gone. It was like his wish came true.

Lana: Clark.. you were the one person who was right from the beginniing to the end... and I'm sorry.. I didn't mean what I said.. any of it.

She said lifting her head from Clark's shoulder and looking great unitl her eyes.

Clark was quiet because he doesn't know what to say.

Lana: I.. I.. I love you... and always have.. it's just the pain is too great. And no matter how many guys I'm with.. no matter what I say... I can never stop loving you.

Clark: Lan.. Lana.. I.. I..

Lana: It's okay Clark.. with what I've done.. I know you could never love me again... but I just want you to know that... and I just want to know.. if we could still be friends... It's all I could ask you for.

Clark: Lana,... I don't want to be you friends..

Lana was shocked and disappointed by his answer and the pain in her face begins to become transparent to Clark so he knew he had to tell her quick.

Clark: Because... I love you too much...

This eased up everything Lana felt inside. She was beginning to be happy again... for a very, very long time.

Clark: Losing you was the most painfulest thing ever to me... And seeing you with someone else brought so much pain to me... [gulp] I love you.. and I never want to lose you again.

Lana was still in shocked but she was extremely happy. They continued hugging and holding each other each one taking a big sigh.

Chapter 5: Never Give Up.


After her short but memorable visit to Clark. Lana came to back to her dorm to find Lex waiting in his car.

Once Lana parked she was surprised to see him.. at this hour. He got out of his sports car closing the door behind him. He walked slowly towards her.

Lana: Lex??... What are you doing here??

Lex: I came here to see you.. but you weren't here... I got worried and I waited to make sure you were alright.

Lana: Oh.. I'm find... you could have called.

She said smiling and walking towards her dorm.

Lex: I tried, but you didn't pick up.. all I got was your voice messeng.

Lana: Oh.. I must have left it in the car.

Just as she opens her door letting Lex in before closing it.

Lex started to get very suspicious... 'Lana never goes anywhere without her cell... and she always keeps it in her purse.. unless she went out??'

Lex: Oh.. so where did you go??

Lana: I went to see a friend..

Lana said sitting down on her bed while Lex sat in a chair next to her. She knew she couldn't get rid of him that easily.

Lex: Who??

Lana: Uh,.. Oh.. just a friend from school.. she invited me over for dinner... to work on... a school project..

Lana lied as best as she could because she wasn't a very good liar.

Lex: Uh, Good.. I better get going.. I'm glad your Okay.

Lana just nodded walking him to the door.

Lex: And if you ever, ever need anything.. anything at all.. feel free to see me.. for anything.

Lana: I will. Thanks.

Lex: Bye.

Lex said walking off to his car. He knew Lana was lying about going to a friend.. he just needed to know where she was actually going.

Once he got in his car he made a quick phone call. A man from the other side of the phone picked up.

Man: Hello??

Lex: Frank, it's me Lex.

Frank: Lex?? How can I help you??

Lex: Frank, I need you to do some secret spying for me..

Frank: Great, Always at service. When??

Lex: Tomorrow, I want you to follow my ex-girlfriend around.

Frank: Ex?? Is it that really hot girl you've been drooling all over for years??

Lex's temper was boiling now. He doesn't want any joking around.. especaially when it came to him and Lana.

Lex: YES!! He said angerily. I want you to follow her starting tomorrow!! Report to me any guy she is seeing.. and watch out for a perticular guy.. I'll send you her picture and his picture!! Follow her and don't let her out of your sight!!

Frank: Yes Sir, I'll be ready.

Lois wasn't exactly having the time of her life. The meeting was long and boring. There was lots of middle aged guys sitting around discussing some of the most boring things.

But one guy in perticular caught her eyes. He was tall, dark, and quite handsome.

After the meeting he waited for her outside of the door. He caught her walking out to her limo.

Guy: Hi, I'm Brian. Brian Bytes.

Lois: Hi, Lois. Lois Lane.

Brian: Hey, you want to get something to eat??

Lois: Yeah, I am kinda hungry.

Lois could tell he was execited because he quickly took her to his sports car.

Brian: There's a great resturant right around here.

Lois: Great.

She smiled politely. She was so delighted to go out with this guy. He was really kind and charming.

On the way she called Martha to know that she would be back late. And that don't wait up for her.

The dinner went really great. Brian was a true gentalmen and Lois was having a great time. They talked about politics, positions, and mostly about themself.

He was single, living with only his two dogs because he was always to busy with work to date.

He made her laugh and the date went so well that he asked her out on another one.

The next day Lana was finishing school when the same guy Kevin followed her to her out to the hallway again.

Kevin: Hi!

He said smiling at here. She was too busy to even really take him seriously.

Lana: Hey,

Kevin: Lana... I was wondering if we could maybe get a coffee sometime??

Lana: Kevin, I'm sorry.. I'm just really busy.. Sorry.

Kevin: It's Okay I get it.

He said really disappointed as he walks away. He got in his silver porsche and drove away. Leaving Lana feel really bad for doing that to him.

Chapter 6: Blueberry Pancakes And Secrets


The next morning Lana didn't have to go to class because it was a Saturday. Instead she was heading to Clark's.

Clark was eating breakfast when he heard a knock on the door. It was Lana.

"Lana!, Come on in." He said execited she decided to come over. He wanted to make sure that everything was good between them once and for all.

"Do you want so pancakes? I've got strawberry and blueberry." He said taking the pancakes out of the pan.

"Yeah.. some blueberry please." She said smiling to him. She pulled out a chair and sat down next to him.

"Where's your Mom?" She asked once he placed two pancakes in on her plate.

"She's very busy with the senate things." He said getting some orange juice out of the refrigerator. He poured two glass filled and handed one to Lana.

"Thanks.. " She said as he sits down next to her. "I'm always delighted to have guest.. it's kind of boring around here... my Mom's rarely around.. and I'm the only one taking care of the farm. But with Classes and all.. it's kinda hard to do both."

"I'm glad I came." She smiled at him then she looked around to see the house in perfect condition. "Your doing a great job."

"Thanks! It's pretty easy when your alone.. you don't have anyone to mess thing up with." He said smiling again at her.

After breakfast Clark and Lana settled on the couch. They weren't sure where they stand so they sat on each side of the couch instead of together in the middle.

"Clark, We have to talk about it." She said looking at him. He quickly turned around to look at her.

"I know.. I was just hopeing you would bring it up first.. " He said slowly to her. "Lana.. what you said too me.. I can't go on to think of you just as my friend.." He said looking at her straight in the eyes.

"Clark.. I just don't want to be hurt again." She said sadly looking down.

"You won't... Lana.. I trust more then anything..and I want to share the rest of my life with you."

"I do too... more then anything." She said happily to him.

Lex was planning something big.. something that would help him win Lana's heart once again. He paced around waiting for the call from Frank.

Suddenly his cell phone rang and he rushed over to get it after just one ring.

"Frank!! Where is She??" He asked damanding to Frank who was breathing slowly before he broke the news to Lex.

"Lex.. she's with him." Frank said slowly as possible not knowing how he would response.

"WHAT!! WHAT IS SHE DOING WITH HIM?" He yelled to the phone as loud as he can. His grip on the phone almost broke the phone itself.

"She's.. She's... having breakfast with him... and now they're sitting on the couch together." He said to the extremely angry Lex Luthor.

"DAMN IT!! Send me pictures!! Immediatly! Continue to look out for her.. and don't let her out of your sight." He said more calmly then before but the angriness was still there.

"Yes Sir.. " He said before hanging up.

Lex had an evil plan.. a plan that was more evil then any of his other plans.. a plan that would make him go down as the hero.. and Clark as the evil one... and then Lana would be his.. once and for all.. once Clark dies..

He let's out an extremely terriflying laugh filled with evil and hate.

Chapter 7: A Simple Plan


"Come on... there's a place I want to take you.. " He said to her quietly as they got in his red Dodge truck.

"Where are we going?" She asked buckling her seatbelts. He turned around to face her.

"Somewhere quiet.. so we could talk.. and nobody and could disbrupt us.. " He said giving her an asuring smile.

"Okay.. so where are you taking me??" She asked once again in a curious tone because he gave her a ton of jackets his scrafes and even his gloves when it's only June.

"It's a surprise." He said turning the keys to start the engines. As they drive down the road Clark noticed a black BMW following them. At first he thought it was Lex put he did a quick X-ray to see an older man.

He made a fast turn around a right going the wrong direction and the man followed doing exactly the same thing.

Seeing this Clark made a few more unexpected turns around every street corner.

"Where exactly are we going?" She asked seeing how Clark made lots of turn and now they're somewhere way out of Smallville.

"Lana... you see that guy in the black BMW?" Clark asked keeping his eyes on the road as Lana slightly turns around to see a middle age man following them.

"Yeah... do you know him?" She asked turning back to face Clark. "No.. but he's been following us ever since we got out of the farm... I think he's a spy.. or something."

"A spy?? Who would send a spy?" She asked turning around one more time. "Lex." Clark said in a serious tone.

"Clark... I know Lex became bad.. but it's really not him.. Lex is a good friend.. I don't think he's going to send a spy after us.. " She said to him with a serious face too.

"Well... I don't know anyone else who send us a spy.. how about we stop the car.. I get out.. and lets see what happens then." He said stopping the car in front of a local diner.

Frank seems the two of them getting decides to do the same. As they walk to the "Hal's Diner" he follows them inside.

He takes a seat as far as he can from them so they wouldn't be suspicious and yet still be able to see them.

As he sits down a waitor came up to him. To ask what he wants.

"What can I get you sir??" He askes polietly.

"Um.. I'll have a coffee... and some ribs." He said pretending to look at the menus.. he figured if he's here he might as well eat..

As Clark and Lana sit down they see that the same guy was still following them. They manage to pretend like they don't know and still sit down.

Just as they sit down a young waitor comes up to them to ask what they want.

"What can I get you?" He asked nicely.

"I'll have a milk coffee... with a piece of apple pie." Lana said to the nice looking guy. He quickly wrote it down and turned to Clark.

"Just a regular coffee and a chocolate cover dongnut please." He said returning the menu to young waitor.

Clark waited for the kid to leave before saying something to Lana. "He's over there... I don't think he's going to leave us alone.. we should stay here as long as possible... " He said trying not to worry her.

"Yeah... but we have to go to public places.. it's not safe... why don't we just come up to him and ask him what he wants.. then we could kick his *** if it's the wrong answer.. " She said really confident and angry.

"No.. we should just lay low.. you can stay at the farm with me... you know.. until we find out what this guy wants." He said a bit nervous when he saw Lana smile when he said she could stay..

Chloe and Jimmy were working late at the Daily Planet. They worked in separate places but they were the only ones left.

"Hey, Chloe do you have the othe part of that "Crimson Story" yet?" Jimmy asked impatiently walking towards Chloe.

"Yeah.. Yeah!! You do your part and I'll do mine." Chloe said waving a piece of paper in the air. It was really hot in June and the air conditioning was out.

"I know.. I already got a picture of the scene.. and if we expect to get to the top.. your artical as to be just as good as my pictures." He said inching closer to her.

"It is." She defensed and backed towards the wall once he was coming closer and closer to her.

"Chloe," He said coming closer. "Yes." She said nervously. Starring into his eyes because he was attacking her and she felt like she was losing control of her own body.

"You some some white stuff on your face." He said swipping his hands over here lips to wipe away the milk.

"Oh.. Oh.. Uh, Um.. Yeah.. Thanks" She said backing off the wall and back to her desk.

"Chloe.. Um.. I was wondering if you want to have dinner with me tonight..." He asked shyly hoping or a yes.

"I don't know.. " She said seriously.

"I'll be waiting at my house." He said before walking out of the doors.

"Great." She said to herself.

Chapter 8: Hiding Out


On the way back to the farm after their quick stop at Hal's diner. They left too earlier for Frank to finish his meal...and he kinda got pissed off.

He didn't follow them back to the farm... he quit following them once he knew they were at the farm. He hid behind several bushes using his spy gears.

Clark: He's not there... I think he's probably hiding somewhere around here...

Lana: You don't think he wants to kill us do you??

Clark: Nah... I will never let anything happen to you.

He told her in his comforting sweet voice filled with love. She smiled back at him as he grabbed her back and pulled her towards him... they comforted each other.

Clark: We're going to be find.. you know we've been through a lot worst. And this time we're going to get through whatever this guy or Lex wants... together.

He said giving her an assuring smile. Watching her smile back at him as they continue hugging.

After a few minutes of complete peace and love, Clark's stomach growled.

Clark blushed immedialy because he didn't want to ruin his amazing moment with Lana.. but he was really hungry becaus he hasn't had dinner yet... and he usually have dinner two hours ago.

Clark: I'm just really hungry... we didn't get even eat dinner when we were at the diner... and I usually eat 2 hours ago.

Lana came closer to him holding him tight in her arms.

Lana: I know sweetie... how about you and I go in the kitchen to make something... Huh?

Clark: Sounds great... but all I can make is mac and cheese. Or microwavables but my mother wouldn't allow those in the house.. so how about we order pizza?

Lana: Nosense!! I can make spegetti and your going to help.

Clark: I guess...but pizza would be faster..

Lana: Come on... it'll be fun. Now you have any noodles and pasta?

Clark: yeah... it's in the cabinets.. I'll show you.

Clark led Lana to the kitchen and showed her all the stuff's at... he gave her a pan to start boiling the noodles to make it soft.

Fifteen minutes later Clark and Lana had finish making their lovely spegetti. As they sat down on the couch to watch T.V while eating their humble dinner.

Clark: This is probably the most horrible looking spegetti plate I've ever seen!!

Clark exclaimed loudy watching while flipping the channel.

Lana: Me too... but taste it... it's great. It's not pretty... but it tast great!

Lana said setting down right next to Clark.

Clark let the channel stop at a wrestling.

Clark put the remote down. As Lana watched two extremely large men hit and punch the guts out of each other. It was so gruesome. She immediatly closed her eyes and turned around. Clark watched as a slight chuckles came out without him even noticing it.

Clark: Lana... it's fake.

As the ring the two annoucers continue to explain what's going on.

Annoucer #1: John Cena with another German Suplex. Batista just contered with a punch to the face. He's climbing out of the cage.

Annoucer #2: Cena is slowly getting up... he's trailing Batista.. who's going down first!!

Lana: Why are they doing this?

Clark: See the guy in the blue jeans?

Lana: Yeah.

Clark: That's John Cena.. he's the champion. And the other guy is Batista the who wants his belt. It's a cage match so the person who gets out of the cage first wins.. or pinfall.

Lana: They're doing all of this for a belt?

Clark: Yeah.. it's gold.

Lana: Okay... do you watch this often?

Clark: Sort of...

Lana: I still don't get it..

Clark: It's simple...

Lana: Well that John Cena guy is really hot... I can get used to this. Nice abs too..

Lana said smiling starring at the T.V trying to get Clark jealous.. and it worked. His face turned from happy to tormented.

Clark: Nah... he's not hotter than me.. I'm the hottest.

He said finishing his spegetti. Lana turned around and laughed.

Lana: I don't know.. he's really stong.. and those abs..

Clark: Please.. I can take him on with one hand tied behind me back.

Lana: Yeah right.

Clark: I could probably take both of them too... and have you seen my abs?

Lana: Yeah... but his are so nice.

Clark: Yeah right.

Lana: Yes... em em good.

Clark gave her the annoyed look. She quickly grabbed the remote control and turned into one of her soap operas.

She paid full attention to soap opera until the commerials came on. She turned to look at Clark who had a completely confused look on his face.

Lana: Okay.. Mark loves Jenny. And Jenny loves Mark. But Danny also loves Jenny and Lori loves Danny. Danny little sister is in love with Mark while. Dererk... Lori's older brother loves Danny's little sister.. but she loves Mark. Oh.. and their parents won't approve.

Clark: Okay.. Lana.. everything you just said to me has been lost in translation... who loves who?

Lana: Okay... I'll say it slowly.. it's simple. The tall hot blonde guy is Mark. He's in love with Jenny... and so does Danny. Then Danny's younger sister loves Mark too. Lori is in love with Danny.... and Derek loves Danny's younger sister.

Clark: Great.. I'll never understand soap opera's... now that you watched your "Wonderful" part.. I have to see who wins!

Lana: No way... I have to see if Danny is going to confess his love for Jenny too..

Clark: But.. But.. How about rock, paper, sissors? Winner gets to watch anything they want for the rest of the night.

Clark grinned as Lana agreeds.

Clark/Lana: Rock! Paper! Sissors! Shoot!

Clark came out Rock while Lana got paper.

Clark: Oh.. Man!

Lana: Sorry Clark.. but I'm rock, paper, sissors champion! Always have always have been.. maybe next time.

She said smiling teasing him.

Clark: Best out of 3!

Lana: No.. now come on.. I'll continue to tell you what's going on.. it's simple.

Clark and Lana spent the evening together totally relaxed not caring about Frank... while he watched them closely.. this wasn't good... how was he going to report this to Lex...

She was with this guy constantly... he didn't want to tell Lex this.. but he had pictures.. and it was his job to report the truth.

Chapter 10: Smiles

Lana and Clark were laying on the couch totally at peace. Clark was laying on Lana's lap as she leans on the arms of the couch. Suddenly Clark woke up to the sounds of the Television.

'She's so beautful.. I'm so glad destiny gave us a third chance.. I don't know what I'll do without her. She's what keeps me going.. I know that guy out there is working for Lex.. and I'm going to put a stop to it once and for all.. starting tomorrow I'm going to take the pictures from this guy.. scare him to telling me what Lex hired him for.. then send him away.. to never come back!'

Clark turned his body.. accidentally waking Lana up. "Hey.. I guess we feel a sleep.. is your mom coming home tongiht?" She asked smiling. "No.. but Lana.. I can't." He told her sadly ending her exectiment. "Why can't you Clark?" She asked curiously.

"Because... because.. of my secret.. " He sadly told her. "Oh.. my god! You have a transmitted disease?" She asked in shock. "NO!! NO!! I wish it was that simple.. but it's not. I'll tell you tomorrow.. and I know it's going to be an issue.. I've just got to take care of some problems before this.. Can you wait?" He asked hoping for the right answer. "Of course Clark.. for you I'll wait forevre...Besides.. I've already waited for 5 years.. what's another couple of days." She gave him a reassuring smile. Which gave his heart a chance to pump more blood because he was really scared she wouldn't wait. He gave her a smile as he picks her up.

"CLARK!! Clark!! put me down!!" She demanded playing around. "Never!! Your mine!! No hold still!" They laughed together. He carried her up the stairs and on to his bed. "I've got to brush my teeth and take a shower! You don't mind me wearing some of your clothes do you??" She asked him.

"Of course.. anything for you. " He told her while to took of his shoes. And his shirt to go to sleep. "I'll be waiting." He gave her a cocky smily. "I'm taking this red shirt.." She told him as she heads in the bathroom.

Later Clark and Lana laid next to each other. She held his hands because his arms and legs were wrapped around her. They were having a great time. It was some of the best sleep she's had in a long time.

The next morning Lana had to leave early to work on her project. While Clark had Saturday classes because he was trying to catch up due to the time he took off. They enjoyed breakfast together and went their ways.

Jimmy and Chloe were now assigned to another story for the torch together. It was the story about a robbery in Metropolis at a local pawnshop. It was just a common robbery but the editor wanted them to work on it since they were old "buddies."

"Chloe... do you think we could have lunch this afternoon?... After we work on this story I meant." Jimmy told her shyly. She finished observing the break in and crime scencs enough to write a full blown artical.

"Jimmy.. " She said in an annoyed voice. "Yes?" He asked in surprised with her tone. "We can't start this again.. the last dinner was just as friends.. I don't want to get hurt again." She told him as she leans on one of the city benches.

"You won't.. I promise.. it's wasn't you.. it's was me.. I didn't think I was ready for that kind of relationship. You know.. but now I know I'm ready.. and I want that person to be you.. you know that the only reason I came back was because of you." He told her looking straight in her eyes.. he knew she had feelings for him.. and probably still do.

"Jimmy.. right now.. I think it's good if we're just friends.. until I see that you truely have changed." She responed. He wasn't heart brokent but disappointed. "I guess I'll have to take what I can get." He smiled at her. "How about lunch though? Just as friends." "Yeah. I think that'll be a good thing." She told him as they walk to the nearest diner.

Lois was finishing up her paperwork in her hotel in Metropolis when she heard a knock on the door.

"Coming!!" She yelled jumping out of her chair and hurried to the door. Once she opened the door she was surprised to see Brian with a dozen of red roses. "Wow!" She said mesmorized by the genorsity and sitution.

"Hi... I'm Brian. Remember.. please say something.. " He told her really nervous too. "I'm sorry.." she quickly stepped out of her trance. "I know who you.. the handsome Brian.. from last night. How can I forget." She smiled at him and he smiled back. He gave her the flowers and she welcomed in.

"Good to know.. " He said looking around. "Sorry.. it's a mess... but I just haven't found the time you.. to clean up." She told him smiling nervously. "Oh.. no my place is much worst. Um.. I just wanted to stop by and say.. if you ever need anything just give me a call." He handed her a bussiness card. "And I was hoping you would be my date... for this fundraiser at the LuthorCorp mansion in a week."

She waited a little bt.. but quickly agreed. He left leaving her head in the clouds for the rest of the day. He was everything she ever dreamed about. Tall, Dark, and handsome. Not to mention rich!

She finished her work and drove back to the Talon. Martha too arrived in Smallville the same time. She had a pretty successful trip and so did Lois.

She was glad to see Clark didn't order pizza.. and the fact that everything was cleaned. Clark wasn't in his room moaning anymore.. she was wondering what created this turn around.

'He's probably met another nice girl.. this is great! He's finally been able to move on! I can't believe it.. he's been so sad ever since his break up with Lana. Lana... I hope she's doing good too.. but I know she could do a lot better then Lex! That creep!'

Suddenly Clark walked in with a smile on his face. It was obvious he's was having a great day. "Hi Mom! Back so soon!" He said giving her a big huge. "Yeah... the trip went well.. and I guess that's that not the only thing.. what happened to you when I was gone?" She asked anxiously waiting an answer.

"Oh.. nothing..I just begun to see the light.. pointing to me towards love!" He boasted with a smile making his mom laugh too. "And who would this lover be that could change my son from becoming a priest?" She asked. "You know her Mom.. " "Who??" She asked.

"Lana." "Lana???" She was completely shocked! "What happened between you two??" "Well.. Lana saw the light. She and Lex broke up... and we got back together." He smiled saying it. It was so good! "Just like that?? All of the heartaches you've been through... you guys are just going to pick up right there. "She asked happy for her son but cautious too.

"Mom.. I can't start with someone else.. It's too hard.. besides.. I know I'm never going to be able to love someone as much as I love her. So what's the point. And this time... I promised her.. I'm going to tell her my secret."

Hearing this made Martha extremely happy for her sun.. but she couldn't help thinking 'what if it doesn't work on?? Could he survive another break up? Could she survive another break up too?'

"Mom.. everything is going to work on this time.. the time apart made us both realize that if it wasn't meant to be then we wouldn't have felt the same way about each other. The only thing that's still worrying me is Lex." He told her sitting down. "Lex? He's not possessed by Zod anymore is he??" She asked very concerned.

"No.. but there was someone spying on me and Lana yesterday.. I think it was someone Lex hired." She told her. "Are you sure??" Martha asked taking a seat next to her son. "Almost. I'm going to pay a visit to him today." He told her standing up again. "Be careful... Kanas can't take another alien hit like the last one. And I can't afford to lose you. Give Lana my best wishes. "She said hugging Clark closely.

Chapter 11: The Tao of Lex

Lex sat in his office focused on his laptop. He quickly typed up some response to someone than shutdown when he saw someone come in.

“Frank! I presume your done with you work. Otherwise your wasting my money.” Lex told him in an eager mood. “I’m done Lex.” He tossed Lex the manilla envelope. Lex reached over and slowly opened the tabs, pulling out the loads of pictures.

One showing Clark and Lana together at his house. In the car. At the diner. And many more. Lex carved a wicked smile on his mug.

“Lex, those pictures should have made you extremely mad at me... your smiling. Are you feeling Ok?” He asked taking a seat on the couch. “Of course. I’m great.”

“So, your finally over that girl. Man good for you. Now I can get another job spying on the government for you instead of some loving couple.” He said in relief.

“Not quite, see I’m being patient. Pretending that everything is going great. I’ve already left a couple messages for her like I’ve got no idea what’s going on with her and... him. Then once she’s truly believed that I’ve changed... then I will make my move.” Lex told him taking a drink from his brandy.

“And what exactly is your move?” He asked in curiosity. Seeing these two couples, he knew it would take a lot to separate them.

“Simple.” He got Frank to lean closer into his ears as he whispered his plan. A smile spread across Frank’s face. “Brilliant ”

Lana checked her messages. She got a few from Chloe, Clark, and Lex and Kevin.

She was surprised. ‘How did he get my number?’ She listen to his message.

“Hey, your probably wondering how I got you number. Well I got it from Chloe. I have something very important to discuss with you. It involves you and Clark. I know I might not seem like the nicest guy with the wonderful intentions but I don’t want you getting hurt. Meet me at the coffee shop across the campus at noon. Please. I hope to see you soon.”

Lana didn’t know what to do. She was shocked he knew about Clark. ‘How could he know about Clark... what does he have to do with anything? Why did he want to meet me?’ She guess the only way to find out was to meet him.

At noon she arrived at the coffee shop. It was pretty crowded with a bunch was freshmen and seniors studying and hanging out.

“Hey! Over here!” Kevin called out to her enthusiastically waving his hands in the air. “Hi.” Lana managed to say. He handed her a cappuccino he just ordered for her.

“Thanks. So um... what’s so important about me and Clark? And how did you even know about us?” She asked anxiously. “Easy! First of all.. I’m Kevin Collins. Nice to meet you.” He told her handing a hand for her to shake. “We’ve already met, you’ve got my number, so I would think now I’ve would have gotten your name. So please stop this crap and skip to the point.” Lana was beginning to great really annoy with this guy.

“Geezz, Okay. The fact is, I’m not human, Lana.” Lana starred at him in shock. “Calm down... I’m not going to hurt you.” She took a deep breathe and calmed down. ‘Why is he telling me this? I’m not human? What the ****’

“I’m a clone.” He told her. “A clone? What do you mean a clone? Who cloned you?”

“LuthorCorp. I was an experiment Lex and other scientist discovered. But I was the first to survive the transition. So many others clone couldn’t cope so once they were out of their tubes they immediately died.”

“So there’s more of you? And Lex is conducting these experiment. For what? To land himself in jail? And why are you telling me this? What does this have anything to do with me or Clark? Or both us?”

“Because Lana and Clark are stuck right in the middle of it. Lex wanted to removethe wrong DNA in a normal human being
and replace them with super DNA.. one without a mistake at all. He managed to clone me from oneof his younger scientist. Dr. Allan Berry. I was cloned to become the perfect man.”

“Oh God, So how did you escape?”

He looked down for a second before answering. “I didn’t Lex released me get to know you... but importantly to get a sample of Clark’s blood. But once in the real world... I know that there’s no such thing as perfect.. So I converted. I gave him status on you... well fake ones. The point is now I want to help you... because once Lex gets Clark’s blood he will be able to create an army of Clone Aliens. Then both Clark and I will be destroy.”

“WHAT!!”

'Clark... Clark... Clark.... is an alien?! That must be what he's been trying to keep from me all this time... it wasn't the normal issues... no wonder he was so secretive... oh my god. What am I going to tell him?'


“Calm down... I’ve been studying you and Clark a few months after second the meteor show. So I know a lot about Clark... and I'm guessing he didn't tell you his little secret?. Oh, crap... I shouldn't have said anything. I was sure by now he would have told you... oh, sh**!"

“How come I didn’t know about you until now? You’ve been studying me all this time... why did you change? Besides the fact that Lex is going to kill you once he’s done with Clark. And create his own personal army of... alien clones.”

“I found out recently of Lex’s destruction as Zod... how his aggression to finding out the truth got to him. I’m not evil Lana. And I don’t want to be. I’ve changed for the better... and I want you to help me. And because I’ve discovered love.

“Love? I see you converted because this girl changed you... she showed you good could overpower evil.” So who is she? Do I know her?” Lana asked sweetly.

“The girl is you.”

Lana was unable to speak. She was once again... baffled!

“Me? Why me?”

“The more I got to know you... the more interested I got in you... until I began feeling emotions I’ve never felt before. I began to see how Lex was madly in love with you. When you talk to someone, how loyal you are, your touch, you love, and when I see you I feel excitement, eagerness, just to see you. I love you.”

“Oh, God. Kevin. I’m sorry... but I’m madly in love with Clark. But one day you’ll find someone perfect for you.”

“I know you love him... but I’ll never stop loving you. You’re my first and only love. Your mostly the reason I changed.”

“Kevin.. I.. I.. “


“I know there is nothing from your side and I know you how feel about Clark, and I’m not going to get between you guys. I know what it’s like to finally love someone and you gave me that wonderful gift. I don’t want to take love from you... because I know how truly horrible that is. I just want you to know to trust me. Enough about me... Lex went through the cloning process after he himself was cloned. Well split in two parts... he managed to manipulate the powers of Kryptonite. He did it all for you He loves you... very much. Almost as much as Clark. But he knows that he couldn’t compare to Clark... because Clark always had a place in your heart... even when you were with Lex. So he decided to find a plan to remove Clark. Once and for all. As Zod he managed to put him in the Phantom Zone... but Clark escaped. Now his only chance is to use Clark’s power against him. By having stronger and evil Clark to kill Clark. Then and only then would he have you.”

Lana’s mouth dropped. She had no idea how much Lex actually love her. But to kill Clark! She was angry... how could she really know Kevin isn’t a fake. Maybe this was all part of Lex’s plan... to have Kevin tell her this... so she would be worried... but in change do something else.

“How do I know your not lying about this? How do I know you haven’t sent the blood sample to him already... and your just faking it now!”

“Because in your heart you trust me... I know you do. Because I can read you mind. But if you want proof.”

He got up and lifted up his shirt a little bit. There was nothing... nothing... no belly button.

“Oh my god... you are a clone.”

“Now do you trust me?”

She remained silent. Only nodding her head. How was she going to tell Clark this??

Chapter 11: Tactics


Lana’s head was still dozing off somewhere else but she managed to listen to parts of Kevin’s words. ‘So Lex has been orchestrating illegal experiments behind my back this whole time. What the hell is he thinking…stealing Clark’s blood! And Clark… this whole time… why didn’t you say anything?’

“Lana, what I told you has to be kept a secret. No one can know except for you and Clark.” Kevin told still worried. “But, there are a lot of people that already know Clark’s secret. And Clark trusts them, which means we have too…”

“You have to understand how dangerous it is Lana. Before you tell anyone, you have to know that they are willing to keep the secret even if it means their life, because we can’t have any betrayal of any type. If Lex ever finds out, I will be die, and the plan would be completely ruined.”

“What plan?”

“The plan to stop Lex, I know where he keeps Clark’s blood. And his scientists are not at the point where they need to use Clark’s blood , so he hasn’t gotten a chance to use it yet. If we can steal the blood or destroy it, then our problems are solved.” Kevin said with a lit of fire in his eyes.

“What about you? How are you going to escape from his grasp?” Lana asked worried about Kevin. After all, this guy was willing to risk his life her and Clark the least she can do was get him his freedom.

“I want my freedom. But I am willing to put you and Clark’s safely first. Your destinies are much more important than my will ever be.”

“Don’t say that… everyone is important.” Lana reached over to comfort him.

“I guess.” He sadly responded.

With that out of the way, Lana needed to know when they can talk again. “Can we meet again somewhere else? Somewhere safer, like on Clark’s Farm soon?” She asked when she saw how the other people around them were getting kind of nosey.

“Sure, when?”

“I am not sure. How about Friday night? I’ll be able to talk to Clark about all of this first.” Lana says for opening her purse for money to pay. When Kevin stopped her he his hands somehow ended on top of hers. He nervously and immediately pulled it back. “I’ll…I’ll… pay for it. That’s the good part about working for Lex. He’ll give you as much money you want when he’s desperate.” He says before laughing.

“Yeah, that explains the silver Porsche.” Lana said. “Thanks for all of this Kevin. I really appreciate it, and when Clark finds out I’m sure he will too. Take care of yourself.”

“You too” He calls out to her just before she walks out of the door. “You too” he says to himself one last time.

Clark was in his loft with dinner already set. He was waiting for Lana’s Jeep to pull up. His heart was racing when he saw her lights from his window.

‘You can do this Clark… You need to do this.’ Clark thought to himself. Then his other self answered, ‘What if I can’t? What if she doesn’t love me when she finds out?’

‘You idiot! You have already told her the truth… and popped the question! Everything went better than you hoped! Now here’s you chance to do it again!’

’Right… all I have to do is tell her… then show her… how hard can it be? LANA!’

“Lana!” Clark said out loud.

“You seem surprise to see me… I thought we had plans.” Lana asked coming closer to him. “And you made dinner! What’s the occasion Clark?” Lana asked curiously.

“Um… remember when you asked me when? Well… when is tonight.” Clark replied looking at her straight in the eyes. Then he towards her, when he sees her smile his nervousness decreased a bit.

“Clark… I think I should tell you something before you start… seeing your condition… this might make it a lot better.” Lana responded. She smiles at him before putting her hand on his cheek. “I know.”

Those words were transmitted into Clarks’ system a lot different than they would be to a normal being. “Wh… Wha…. What?! What do you mean you know? Youknowwhat?”

“Clark…Clark… slow down… I… just wanted you to know that I know. I know what you are.” Lana told him slowly. She didn’t want him to worry because from the looks of his face he was about to faint, and Lana didn’t know if aliens could faint or not.

“Who told you? Chloe? My Mom? Lex? Who?” Clark asked frantically. “What do you know?” Clark asked.

“That you, Clark Kent, is a distant visitor from another planet, formally known as…an alien. And there’s more. No matter what you are, to me you will always be Clark Kent, the man I was and am in love with since…forever. And that isn’t going to change. That is all I know… so please don’t leave out any details.” Lana’s voice put Clark in awe. He didn’t know what to say… all he can do now was to show her.

“Lana, in that case, then there’s someplace I have to show you.” Clark responded. He was calm, but his heart was still racing faster than ever.

I'm glad Lana got a chance to hear about the real Lex and the importance of Clark's secrets to the future. Kevin is certainly willing to sacrifice himself. :(

I assume Clark and Lana are off to the FOS. But what is Lex and his minions ging to do in the meantime?

Oh, and I'll still be writing even if I'm half way around the world in Vietnam... so...

^^^^^ I know... but part of me still wants to write them... and that's just my plan... Its a long way to go until summer... and I don't even know if I am going to actually do it. There's just so much factors involve. Right now there's a 75% chance that I won't and a 25% chance I am.
