looked like frozen meat to me but it might have been apples but i dont pay such detailed attention to minor things like that...

it was apples and usually people put frozen meat or frozen peas/corn on head right every one.

They didn't look like apples at all to me! Call me crazy but they looked like strawberries to me :p

I saw strawberries too :D

Also it was cute how Lois put on a pair of sunglasses. At first I thought it was to take Clark down but then I realized that she put them on when she heard Simone show up behind her. Lois came prepared to avoid the hypno! :)

I think it was strawberries... probably frozen ones for all the pies Martha makes.

I loved the sunglasses part... another example of how Lois is the smartest one on the show.

The Chlo-Lo scenes were the only redeeming parts of this episode.

In the UK we put frozen peas on bumbs and bruises not meat!

BUt yeah, just took a closer look and its DEFINITELY strawberries:p

They were small apples if they were apples, and besides, apples aren't in season, even in Kansas, during the time of year the show was supposed to be taking place.

I thought they were plums or something but I can go with strawberries.

I thought it was neat that Lois put on Sunglasses. I wondered if there was some significance to the fact that they allowed Lois to face Simone and not be taken under. I mean, they could just have easily had Clark rip the sunglasses off, but they purposely had Lois stay in her right mind with Clark around.

Ok, so it's really nothing but I thought it was worth noting.
