I'm suprised that Martha didn't say "Sometimes we have to be steady, and give up the things we want the most." And then Clark runs and jumps off the barn screaming "I'M BACK" and falls on the tractor.

I thinking some T2 plagiarism too. The finger of Brainaics was exactly like T-1000. What a rip-off.

I agree, but Warner Brothers owns both The Terminator and Smallville so they can do whatever they want.

I see this season like Sliders S3 - it's lets see what we can duplicate from the other movies and attempt to make it fresh and new but failing miserably.

I'm not surprised they ripped off Spider-Man 2 since the Clark Kent on Smallville seems to be acting very much like Peter Parker.

It really comes down to them trying to make up for not be the full on writers for Spider-man 2. They didn't get to finish it there, so their bringing it here.

Thats really true. On the show now they are able to do their hero-villain-damzel triangle that they couldnt on Spider-man 2 thanx to Raimi.
