This episode was awesome except for the lack of Chloe.

I am sure there will be others who hate it for the the lack of Lois.

I wish it was Chloe who had all the parts Lana had. She( Lana) should have just done that lame scene with Clark and thats all.

Is it wrong to flip channels when lana comes on the screen? :)

She really grates on my nerves, more Chloe, a lot less of Lana.

Be my guest, brother. I just close my eyes until Chloe shows up... That way I don't miss any of HER. :D

AM looked beautiful as usual. I agree that there wasn't enough Chloe though. I think that we have been getting used to all the screen time she has been getting this season. She came off as a major cutie when she said " on a scale of 1-Taye Diggs.. " LOL :D

Well, we've had a lot of Chloe in this season. But hey, more never hurts and I'm not complaining! ;) Like V-Man said, I think the Chloe/Chlark fans got used to it so when we had an ep without so much Chloe, it was like: Wha?

I also think Lana had too much screen time. Geez Louise. :p

Don't get me wrong, I do like Lana...but yes, on the whole Clana is getting seriously old. Either they revamp it in a different way or move on...BUT perhaps they kept her in Cyborg so she could crash yet ANOTHER vehicle of hers...

Just a thought ;)

* Lef this out: Yes, I'm a total supporter of 'having chloe in the show more'. I love seeing her at the planet, but more screen time outside of the planet would be nice :D

Clana was old first season. It's ridiculous now that Lana DUMPED Clark especially in his time of need. More Chloe, however, is always a good thing and after her awesome performance in Tomb TPTB ought to finally be using her as much as they can. Relegating Chloe to search engine at the Planet once more is outrageous. And Lois? Every ep she's in is contrived and every ep in which she's missing always flows more naturally. Lois is pretty much superfluous; her continuing presence is justified by plots that could be found in any number of bad fan fics. Chloe can do everything Lois can and do it better and more convincingly. Allison Mack can act circles around either ED or KK anyway and she makes them pale in comparison.

Wow. This is just another Lana vs. Chloe threads, isn't it? We get it! People like Chloe and hate Lana.

If there has ever been a character that should get her own spin off show its Chloe.

Don't shoot me , but I am always amazed at Chloe's following.

It makes me think, "Was Chloe an original member of the superfriends?"

That's what Chloe's character is, a search engine at the daily planet who knows clark's secret and helps him out when he needs it. I for one am glad that this episode was light on Chloe because her involvement in the show is becoming so predictable. Clark goes to her for help, she miraculously gets all of the dirt that he needs, he races off and saves the day. I like how this episode Clark took all of the action without the help. The Lana scenes I can do without as well if they are not going to have clark reveal his secret to her.

more Chloe scenes would have been nice. Cause i love how she Allison acts in there, oh well. But serously in the end when Lana and Clark talk I though that they brke up cause of the slow motion and the sad music. Or that could only be me I don't know.

I think that the writers need to balance the characters screen time in every episode, so that each charachter can have his/her MOMENT in the episodes. Instead, there are episodes in which there is no Lana but there is Chloe, in an other there is no Chloe but there are Lana and Lex, in an other there is Lois but there isn't anybody else (Lois always steals screen time), obviously Clark is always here :p etc etc.. Seriously, they need to improve their writers skills!

Chloe is, hands down, my favorite character on this show. But I didn't mind the lack of Chloe in this ep. As long as they don't make a habit of leaving her with only a couple minutes of time, I'm find with a few Chloe-light eps.

I'm not because Allison is, hands down, the better actress who portrays her character with conviction. She sells it and that's just usually lacking elsewhere. Her character has always been more realistic, made convincing by Allison's enormous talent and ability despite her often limited screen time. At this point I'm just sick of having to endure dull characters prattle on about ridiculous things and want to see the good stuff and Chloe is always that. Clark and Chloe are always a delight when on screen together and everytime we have to sit through another nauseating Lana in the barn scene it's even more obvious.

I want a lot more Chloe and really, there should be a lot more Clark since he is the star of this show. His role has been reduced this year to early season one levels this season. More Tom and more Allison is what this show needs along with more believable plots and no more retconning of characters.

For me Chloe does not have to have a prominent place in every single episode. This was, IMO, a good episode, as it stood.

Choe has gotten lots more prominence this season than in a while, and I'm loving it. And I'm not going to complain because one episode (IMO, a good one) doesn't have huge amounts of Chloe. Her character is not being neglected this season.

I love Chloe - I'd stop watching if she was gone. But the character has been handled wonderfully this season. This was a good episode (again, to me) and was not about Chloe. I'd love more episodes that feature Chloe, but only if there's a good place for her in the ep. I don't want to see her shoe-horned in like certain other characters.

Use her when she contributes, and not when doesn't - and she's contributed tons this season. I didn't really see a place for here without changing what the episode was about. Sure, we could have had her do a little more "this is what I dug up" exposition, but I don't think that would have added much to the episode.

Actually, I think had it been Chloe who hit Victor it would have been better. I hate it when she's just stuck at the Planet. Plus, as it was, we got more of the OOC Lana who, having been shown for over four years as the girl who wouldn't accept someone who's different( her reaction in Reckoning having been a complete retconning of her personality), Lana would actually have been FREAKED OUT by Victor's abilities. Also we got the inexplicable "girlfriend" crap from Clark. because of Lana's presence. Clark needs a dictionary or something to figure this out, I guess.

No this was actually not a great ep at all, at least the 3/4 I saw and it could have been better with more Chloe whom I know is accepting and is always good when scoobying with Clark. It seemed off in tone, had some very repetitive action with Clark going to the mansion and accusing Lex right off the bat as he too often does. When even the writers have Lex calling attention to this overused ploy, it's time to stop using it. That along with the Lana in the barn stupidity should be dropped from the writer's repretoire. And I know Tom Welling is no doubt studying up for his directorial debut but he should still be in the eps to a much greater extent.

It seems that the chloe lovers will never be satisfied. Chloe has had more screentime this season than lex and yet you are all going nuts because she had a small part last night. Give me a break. Heaven forbid chloe is not in an episode this season and then all hell will break loose.

I loved Lana's screen-time last night!!!! She and Victor acted well together. And why do Chloe-lovers have to hate Lana? I think it's jealousy that Clark loves Lana and not Chloe.

Anyway, to reiterate, I'm glad Lana had a lot of screen-time. This ep was good.

I can't complain with Lana's parts last night. Even though the lies continued between her and Clark, she called Clark after she got in the accident, not lex, and she helped victor to the best of her ability. Anyone who has a problem with her last night is just looking for reasons to make Lana look bad.

Chloe has had a lot of screen time this season so now if she isn't in a lot of an episode it seems very noticeable. But, the Vengeance Chronicles should make up for any lack of Chloe screen time in Cyborg. If anyone hasn't seen them yet, they're up on the WB website now.
