Or was that ending scene of Chloe finding her mother 10x more interesting than anything else in the episode.... I think it could have actually been a good episode if they focused the story on Chloe getting in touch with her mother again, instead of focusing the story on Kryptonite-mutated ghosts.

True, and I honestly thought they go to end credits before Chloe even approached her Mom. The embrace was outstanding and leads me to believe this is not the end of that story, although it may not come back until May sweeps....

I think that most of the people that have been posting tonight feel the same way. That episode just left a lot to be desired. Sometimes filler episodes are alright, but this one was totally off the wall and pointless except for the whole mom with a tear moment.

I really hope there is more too this but I dont know. It seems like a one shot deal, but who knows. But I loved the end, wish the whole ep was focused on that instead.

I wish we could have seen a scene with them talking or somethin, or at least show her face. The episode wasn't that great to me. Im waiting for the Cyborg episode

I agree. I mean, the episode was a decent one...I liked it, but it was lacking the juicy background story. Who is Chloe's mother, why is she really in an institution...it's a very interesting story, and I really hope that the show explores that angle in more detail. (for now, I guess they (the writers) did their job by keeping us locked in and in the hopes that our questions will be answered. Man [and woman :) ], they're good!)

When they mentioned Chloe's mom at the hospital, i knew that it would make this episode worth while. I never would of have guessed that they would revisit it.

They should had devoted this whole episode around Chloe's mother, but Smallville loves their FOTW.

Yep, I loved it that Chloe found her mom, accept for the fact that we don't see her mom's face...
