At the end of the episode, did Lana notice Clark when he took off at super speed? I have the episode on DVR and I kept looking at that part and it looked like she saw Clark and she was trying to register what she saw. Did anyone else notice this?

Oh she saw him, alright, no question. I've watched and rewatched and I'm pretty sure she saw him. Unfortunately, she's going to ignore that fact, and Clark'll ignore the fact he saw them until he proposes, and Lex, who really isn't the innocent in this directly, will be thrown in the middle of the whole drama!
That was a mouthful!

I actually think that this might be how Lana finds out about Clark. If she saw Clark, she will put 2 and 2 together like Chloe said and she will figure it out. You see she asked Clark why he's trying to downplay the spaceship that she saw and also she figured out that the first meteor shower was carrying a ship and she can tie that to Clark. Maybe Lana will pull an Alicia, she will set up Clark to use his powers in front of her and then Clark will have to explain everything to her. It will sort of be like Superman 2 when Lois found out about Clark because he didn't burn his hand in the fire. Maybe Lana will jump off a building in front of Clark so he could save her. She is a little psycho after seeing the ship.

she is a little psycho..I wouldn't put it past her. I wondered too, though if she saw..I was like "Wait, she saw that didn't she??!!"

She saw him and there was no superspeed going on. He walked back into the elevator but by the time the camera showed this he was already in. No chance Clark would superspeed infront of her, especially if she is looking right at him.

I think he did superspeed. The puzzled look on her face was like the time he disappeared in Exile at Lex's funeral.

Did we hear any swush sound like usual?

I'm not sure -- but I don't think we heard the swoosh in Exile. It looks like TPTB are trying to keep it ambiguous.

Yeah it did remind me of the funeral scene in Exile. She was looking right at him, so I don't know how she could have missed him. When he disappeared she may have thought she had just imagined it or something. Her response to Lex that she had seen "nothing" might also indicate how much regard she has for Clark at this point, which would certainly be an understandable attitude, given Clark's behavior.

Its taken 4+ seasons, but its all finally coming together for Lana.
* Spaceship(s)
* Figuring out Clark is different, at least since being re-born
* Knows thats why he keeps avoiding "intimacy"
* I think she knows he saved her from the explosion somehow, while being in close proximity to it when it actually went off - I mean cmon, LOOK AT THE CONDITION OF HIS JACKET, GIRL!!
* Thinks she saw Clark at the hospital, but wonders how he could be there one moment and not a trace of him the next instant.
Its coming together. Thank God next week is the big reveal because I don't know how much more "she knows and we all know she knows, but the show isn't acknowledging it" torture we could stand to take.

My opinion: She saw him. He didn't superspeed.

Then Lois is psycho also because she did it too.

I think she caught a glimpse of him out of the corner of her eye, which is why she pulled away from Lex and looked, but by then Clark ran off ala Covenant and she wasn't sure if she saw him at all.

That's how I saw the scene. She kind of had a smile too when she saw Clark, then when she looked he wasn't there.

She saw him for a second.. the second where you don't met someone's eye because you see them in the corner of your eye, that's Lana. When they showed Lana's eyes slowly looking up out the window, which means by the time they did, Clark was gone. She probably gasp for a second because it was like Clark's image was a reminder and she knew it wasn't in her head because it's happen before.. at Lex's funeral, the time she went to Paris and hugged Lex.. Hmm... coincidence? I sense another disgusting love triangle blossoming...

i don't think she saw him.
one thing the writers have been really good about is what they want to let the audience know about what the characters know.
chloe knows clark had superpowers..we saw her witness it.
clark did not know chloe knows...every conversation between clark and chloe should have been clue enough, but clark never knew because we never saw that he found out.
clark never told chloe that pete already knew...until we saw them talk about it in one episode.
his own parents never knew he had told chloe...until we saw them talk about it in some episode.
some of these things you would think people would tell each other or figure out by the next episode, but they don't. however, if they do know something, they are quick to explain how.
eg, chloe says " i know about the kryptonite clark keeps in the barn because he told me"
kyla says "you fell and didnt hurt yourself and you shielded me from falling rocks, you must be naman"
chloe says "you trusted me". clark apparently never got an explanation for that statement by the next episode.

I think she saw him for a second, but when she broke away to look and blinked he was gone. So she must have told her self she saw what she wanted to she or that she has her mind on Clark so much that she seeing him everywhere.
Deep down I bet she added seeing Clark there to her "werid Clark things" list with the time she's seen Clark at Lex's funual(sp), and Clark in the twister.

I thought I heard the swooosh while Lana was looking up, I could be wrong though. She must have put a few of the pieces together by now.

Personally, I think he kicked into superspeed as she began to notice him. He was gone too fast.

Lana was looking through a window. All Clark had to do was take one or two steps to the right and he would be out of view. He didn't necessarily have to use superspeed, but I think he did.
I think she knew he was watching, but didnt catch him with her eye.
She definetly knew he was there.
