Expectations for "Fanatic"

I didn't think I was gonna like this episode, but after seeing the preview clip i'm not so sure. Its probably gonna be one of surprise hits IMO, last year I was sure that I was gonna hate "Spell", but it turned out to be one of my favorite episodes of Smallville ever.

For me though, being a Lexana-er the biggest highlight of the evening will probably be when the trailer for Lockdown airs!:D ;)

So I am gonna give it a 7

Official Description looks good, and now we get to see evil Lex go into full swing and the battle between Lex and Jonathan really starts to heat up, and it looks like Clark will use his powers alot in this episode to try and figure everything out and see what he can do. Plus Lana getting into the stuff Clark has been really trying to figure out since we saw him in episode one is a good change, so I will give this episode a 8 without seeing it yet, it will be good but it looks more like a set up episode, but not a filled ep by any means.

It looks a little creepy. And I personally have not always enjoyed the Lex-centric episodes in the past. But the Clark/Chloe clip seems to indicate a promising "B" storyline. So I'm anticipating a 7 or 8.

i think it will be exciting. i would give it an 8 also. looks like one of those episodes you can watch more then once but dont think it will be as good as splinter and solitude from the first half of this season.

sorta lost interest in smallville cos of that long wait but should get into it again if Fanatic is as good as season 5 episodes have been so far

I usually love Lexcentric eps, the only exception being Bound, which is why I am a little nervous about the crazy bald chick, but hopefully that is only gonna be a small part of the episode.

Well, as i lex fan i always enjoy lex centric episode. But i feel there were alot this season so far.

I give this episode an 9 1/2 based on the chloe and clark preview i too seen.. Spell is my favorite funny episode too. Just because of clark dancing. lol to darn funny..

So 91/2 Rating for this episode from me.

The Clark aka whiteboy dance is hilarous!! The girls on the commentary track for Spell even bust out laughing when they see him dancing!

Being the first new episode in a while, my expectations were low. I expected this episode to be a five. After seeing it, I would give it a 7.
