Did Lois have to "take it all off" to get the job, that was the impression I got. She should have pulled Chloe in as well, y'know, he sent two girl to replace the one. LOL

Yeah they never answered that directly but it was meant to imply that she did. I find that sad and degrading, especially for an iconic figure like Lois Lane that should be dealt with a little more respect than that. On top of that crap, the episode was totally forgettable. Anyone who didn't see it, didn't miss anything.
If your in the UK or overseas and haven't seen it yet, I recommend you save yourself the time, and pass on it.

Managers of topless joints see what the dancers are going to strut on stage, but before anyone gets hired. A bikini, sailor suit, or under wear would not get a job as a topless dancer.

I had a recording malfunction and missed the first 20-plus minutes of it. So I saw it wasn't recording (I was watching Survivor in the other room, and strolled in to check) and nearly panicked. Quickly taped over the do-not record notch (explains why it wasn't recording), popped it back in BACKWARDS. Of course my eyes were glued to the TV for some Lois scene which was the only thing I was focused on. The tape got stuck (If you put a vcr tape in backwards, it gets stuck), the vcr turned off and it pretty much wasn't until "If you're just joining us..." that all was well again.
That said, I enjoyed the Dukes moments more than not. I'll have to watch the 34 or so minutes (including commercials) again because I really don't remember what happened.
Happens all the time in Smallville.
