It was a Firday night, a tall, dark, and handsome man, by the name of Clark Kent, was hiding out in an ice cave gazing deeply into the night sky through a window that he made using his heat vision. Admiring everything little object in it. From the sparkling stars to the bright and beautiful full moon. Everything was just perfect, but one thing was missing, a special person. Not just any person but a girl by the name of Lana Lang. A beautiful girl, who had beautiful hazel eyes and black hair. Nothing and no one could could be better than her. But this girl had left a heart broken man nothing but loneliness because Clark had told Lana his secret and she didn't accept him, or so he thought. She did accept him but by the time she went to tell him that she loved him, he was already off to the Fortress of Solitude because he had no reason to be here in Smallville anymore since he had nothing left to live for and he has been there for one year now and she has been heartbroken for a year and two weeks. Now everytime Lana felt a happy feeling she would look north because she felt something pulling her there all the time.

"Kal- El, you must go back to your loved ones," Jor-El said

" I have nothing there, my parents are gone and the one I love most doesn't even accept for who I am," Clark replied.

"Kal-El, my son, how do you know that she didn't accept you? Just because she said nothing to you, does not mean that she hadn't accepted you,"

" I saw the fear and confusion in her eyes, how could she accpet me?

" I think you and I know that looks can be deceiving." Jor- El said.

Every day Clark and Jor-El and sometimes Lara would talk to Clark about his most loved one Lana because they couldn't stand for him to be so unhappy.

Lana would cry every night hoping that Clark would come back to her. She would always blame herself for not telling Clark how she felt about him and times she would blame him for not giving her a chance. She would go through all this heartbroken pain everyday of her life but not giving up hope on Clark.

" Kal-El, you must go see Lana" she said worried

" But mom, what if she doesn't even love me anymore? Then I would just be putting myself out there for more heartbreaking pain."

" What happened that time when you said it would be worth the risk?

Lara then turned on a sort of memory dream on an ice cave wall.

"Clark there are three friendships at stake here and I don't want to risk losing ours"

The friendship isn't gonna go anywhere, it'll just become a... something better.

and what happens down the road if things don't work out? Will our friendship survive that?

I don't know, Lana I've wanted this for so long I think its worth taking that chance

Clark's toast

I think Lex picked me to be his best man because he knew how comfortable I was speaking in front of people. I've been looking through every book from Soccerties to Shakespear, trying to find someone who can put in the words the way Lex and Helen feel about each other, but what i realize is that there are no words for it, that when you have it you trust it, you believe in it, take a chance on it, your willing to sacrifice anything to keep it, no matter what the cost.

End of the memories.

"It seems to me that you were really in love with Lana to take risks. So why not do it again, at least you took a chance."

"Okay, I'll do it, I'll go to Lana, but what will i say?

"I don't know my son but when the time comes you will know what to do."

Lana was at the Talon reading a book and sipping her coffee.

Clark was outside the Talon admiring her beauty. "She's so beautiful" he thought to himself

After about 10 minutes looking through the window Lana went up to her apartment.

But while she was going up she dropped her book and when she got up she saw Clark and dropped her book again. So she picked it up and when she got back up he was gone.


Clark: That was a close one.

Lana then went outside to see if she was imagining him or not. When she went out there was no one there. So she went back inside and in to her apartment.

Clark hid next to another store but was caught by a blonde haired girl who was very suprised to see him and excited.

Clark?

Chloe?

Clark!!! Oh my god!!! where in the hell have you been? I've been so worried about you!! she said in one breath giving him a big hug.

Clark: I been in my FOS.

Chloe: SO have you seen Lana yet?

Clark: Sort of I just saw her a few minutes ago but she didn't see me.

Chloe: Clark she has been so worried about you and looking for you. Why did you leave so suddenly?

Clark: I thought she didn't accept me so I ran to my FOS.

Chloe: You should have really given her a chance.

Clark: If you were only there. You should of seen the look in her eyes. Fear and confusion. She even stepped away from me.

Chloe: Well we both know looks can be deceiving.

Clark: Your starting to act like my biological father.

Chloe: Well thats interesting... comparing me with your spirited father.

Clark: Yea it is.

Chloe: So what are you going to do now?

Clark: Talk to her? Maybe I should just go back.

He was about to super speed away until Chloe pulled him back.

"Whoa... hold on there speedy.. remember what I told you when you came back from Metropolis? When you were on red k?

Clark: Yea.... Sometimes you have to stop and face your demons.

Chloe: Exactly... so go see her Clark, she's really upset. Every guy that asks her out she turns them down and says that she has a boyfriend.

Clark: I... I..uhh...

Chloe: Yea thats what i thought your reaction would be. So go see her or else if you don't I will... well actually that wouldn't be the best thing to do.... but anyways just go see her.

Chloe then started to pull him toward the front door of the Talon and pushed him in.

ClarK: I knew you were pushy but i didn't know that pushy...

Chloe: Haha... very funny... now get your butt in there and talk to her.

Clark walked slowly inside and slowly upstairs and knocked on the door. Lana opened and was shocked to see who it was.

"Hey... Lana"

Lana: CLARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then Lana jumped on him and wrapped her legs around his waist nearly tipping in over and kissed him like she never did before and Clark went inside before everyone downstairs would see what happened.

Lana then jumped off and pulled away and then started to hit Clark yelling " How could you leave me!!" Clark then calmed her down and hugged her and then she started hitting lighter and crying saying How could you leave me! how could you leave me!

Clark: I'm sorry... I'm so sorry... I'm sorry for all the pain that i caused you.

Lana: how could you leave me! you never gave me a chance! you ba-

Clark: I'm sorry... i should have given you a chance but i was scared that chance would be the last so i ran away... and now i'm so sorry that i did. I'M SO SORRY.

Lana (still cying) : I've missed you so much Clark, Clark I love you and I accept every part of you I do I really do. I love you with all my heart.

Clark: I've missed you too... every second.. and I love you with all my heart and more then life itself.

Lana then jumped on him again and kissed him again passionatly and Clark pushed her against the wall and kissed her neck. Then she did the same to him. Clark was kissing her neck and she giggled a little.

Clark.. hhhhhh.... Clark.. lets go to my room.... Lana said breathing heavily

Are you sure.... i mean... i just got back... clark replied kissing her neck

Well.... hhhh... you deserve a welcome.....

then Clark brang her to her room with Lana's legs around him and never breaking the kiss. Lana pulled him down to her and started to unbutton his shirt as CLark took off her shirt. then she worked on his pants and he worked on hers. Then she slipped off his boxers and he slipped off her bra and underwear. Soon they were under covers.

Lana finally asked the question she's been waiting to ask ever since he walked through the door.

Clark, where have you been?

Lana: Yes, you said it was your private place to get away from the world.

Clark: Well there you go I was in my Fortress of Solitude.

Lana: The whole year you just sat around doing nothing for a year?

Clark: Well not necessarily, I've been in and out.

Lana: Does that mean you visited me?

Clark: No, I actually tried to avoid seeing you, so I went to places where you wouldn't go to in a million years.

Lana: You were always so secretive.

Clark: I'm the barrer of secrets.

Lana: It must have been pretty lonely.

"Actually no, I talked to my parents a lot, my real ones." he said stroking her hair.

Lana: Really? What did you guys talk about?

Clark: You......

Lana: What's there interest in me?

Clark: Well they knew what happened and convinced me to come back to you. There the reason I'm here with you now.

Lana: Be sure to thank them for me.

Clark: You don't have to. We'll go there now. You can meet the parents.

Lana: Sounds Great! Let me change.

After Lana got change Clark carried Lana and super sped to the FOS.

"Mom? Jor-El? Clark asked

"Yes, my son?" Lara responded

"Guess who's here"

Lana: Hi...uh...

Clark: Just call her Lara.

Lana: Hi.. Lara, its great to finally meet you or speak to you.

Lara: Lana you are a very special person. Clark told us so much about you.

Lana: He has told me about you too.

Clark: So where's Jor-El?

Lara: Your father is talking to your parents

Clark: What?

Lara: Martha and Johnathan.

Clark was silent for a moment.

Lana: Clark? Are you okay?

Lara: I know I just told you now and not sooner but Jor-El thought it would be for the best.

Clark: How long have they been communicating?

One year, during your time here.... Lara felt a little bad for mentioning that one year that happened. " I'm sorry Lana, I didn't mean to-

Lana: It's okay Lara. I'm just glad he's back and I would like to thank you and Jor-El for bringing him back to me. It means a lot.

Lara: Well the way Clark was acting sort of gave us a hint that you really meant a lot to him and so we wanted him to be happy and not depressed for the rest of his life.

Lana: So Clark, ready to go?

Clark was still shock to know that they've been communicating with his parents all this time and they didn't tell him.

Clark: Can I talk to them?

Lara: I don't know, Jor-El thinks your not ready yet.

Clark learned to keep calm in the FOS so whenever Jor-El prevented him from doing something he would always try to be calm.

Lana: Well let's go Clark.. Its getting a little chilly...

Clark: Alright let's go. Bye Mom!

Then they were off back to Lana's apartment.

Lana: That was really nice to meet your parents.

Clark: You think so?

Lana: Yea.

Clark: Well I got to go back to my apartment now.

Lana: Pizza and movies later?

Clark: Yea that would be great. I'll grab the Pizza and you grab the movies, meet up 7 my place?

Lana: yea see you then.

Then Clark left after a few kisses....

Clark made a call to Chloe.

"Chloe? I need a big favor" ..........

Chloe: Uh... Yes actually she did, she looked and these two stores that were next to each other, one was a jewelry store and one had dresses.

Clark: What was she looking at?

Chloe: She was looking at....

Clark: Really? ocean- blue and violet? She does have good taste.

Chloe: You know she had a dream about.....

Clark: Well she's about to have a dream come true, see you at 4!

Clark then met Chloe at the mall.

Chloe: I can't believe your going to do this.

Clark: I can't either.

Chloe: I hope you break a leg.

Clark: Gee thanks Chlo... now lets go we have 3 hours to do this.

Lana couldn't wait to see Clark at 7. She couldn't decide what to ware. She had so many clothes but to her none of them seemed like the right one for her.

It's just pizza and movies Lana. Nothing special...

Then there was a knock on the door.

"Who is it?"

There was no answer.

So then she opened the door and found a beautiful violet dress hanging at her door with a note attached.

Lana smiled and read the note while she took the dress and put it gently down on the couch very careful not to mess it up.

Dearest Miss. Lana Lang,

We should have a romantic dinner instead of pizza and movies. I have a suprise for you. There will be a limo waiting for you at 7. I hope you like the first part of your suprise.

" He's so mysterious" Lana said to herself.


Lana took the dress and went into her room with a smile that was priceless.

As the hours past Clark was preparing the dinner with help from Lana's aunt Nell, with the help of Chloe he got the items that Lana was interested in, Pete helped him pick out a tuxedo, and Lex provided the transportation for Lana that is waiting at the Talon.

As for Lana she put on the dress that Clark had bought for her, put on make-up, slipped on some violet high heels that went with her dress, and put up her hair very beautifully. Then she went downstairs and found a limo waiting for her just like Clark had mentioned in the note. She got in and off she went to Clark's apartment.

Clark was then putting the finishing touches on everything so that it would be perfect.

Lana arrived at Clark's apartment and before she knocked on the door she took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

Clark answered it and as soon as he did he was very shocked to see how beautiful she looked in that violet dress.

Lana was stunned to see Clark's handsome tuxedo and noticed all the petals of roses on the floor

" Wow! You look astonishing!" Clark said

" Thank you, you don't look so bad yourself."

" Thank you... Please come in"

Lana walked in to find dimmed lights and saw lit candles on the table.

Clark then handed her a rose and kissed her.

Lana: This is so beautiful Clark! How did you do all of this?

Clark: I had a little help from friends and your aunt Nell.

Lana: Thank you for the dress... How did you know I wanted this dress?

Clark: Well Chloe said that you two went shopping and had an eye on this dress so I got it for you.

Lana: Why thank you.

Clark: Don't thank me... thank Chloe.

Lana smiled and her smile made Clark smile.

"Her smile is priceless" Clark thought to himself

"Well let's have dinner before it gets cold." Clark said extending his arm.

Lana and Clark walked to the table with interlocked arms never letting go.

Clark pulled out the chair for Lana.

Lana: Thank you very much Mr. Kent.

Clark: Your very welcome Miss. Lang.

Then they proceeded on to eating dinner of which Lana's aunt prepared.

The night was perfect. No interruptions and no problems, just how Clark wanted it to be.

Clark: So how do you like the night so far?

Lana: It's flawless.

Clark: Well Miss. Lang it's about to get even better.

Lana: Clark I don't think it could get any better then this.

Clark: Well let's see about that.

He go up and extended his arm out and escorted her to the couch.

Clark: Wait here, I have one more suprise for you.

He then went to his room and brought out a little blue box.

Lana didn't notice this little blue box that Clark was olding because she was mezmerized by Clark's eyes.

Lana: So what's this suprise?

Clark: You'll find out in a minute.

Clark then got down on one knee.

Lana then knew what he was doing when she spotted the little blue box he was holding in his hand.

Clark: Lana, I love you ever since I was five and I still do to this day. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Lana Lang, Will you marry me?

Lana was stunned. She looked at Clark and the ring. The beautiful ocean blue ring that she wanted. Her dream was coming true.

Clark: Lana?

Clark didn't know what else to say.

Lana: I... I .....I don't know what to say.

Clark: Well you say yes or no... hopefully a yes....

Lana then had her priceless smile. Clark didn't know what it meant.

Clark: What does that mean?

Lana: It means....YES!

Clark: yes?

Lana: YES!! YES!! I would love to marry you!!

Clark then slipped the ring on her finger and got up and gave her a hug.

Lana: Oh Clark!! I love you so much.

Then Lana kissed Clark like she never did before. Then they both broke the kiss and sat down on the couch in love with each other.

Lana: I can't wait to tell everyone!

As the time went by Clark and Lana talked about there wedding and when they were having it. Lana glanced at her ring once in a while admiring it's breath taking ocean blue diamond. It was now 10 minutes before midnight.

Lana: You planned all this didn't you? This dress... the ring....

Clark: Yea... Chloe told me that you have a dream about being proposed to with this ring, in this dress.

Lana: Well remind me to thank Chloe.

The she gave Clark a kiss.


Clark: It's time.

Lana: Time for what?

Clark: Come on.

Lana: Clark where are we going?

Clark: Do you know what tomorrow is? or actually today.

Lana thought for a moment but didn't remember anything.

Clark and Lana jumped in the limo and drove off to the place.

He put a blindfold on Lana eyes.

Everybody was there, Chloe, Pete, Lex, Nell, Lois, Bart, and a whole lotta other people.

Chloe and Pete walked up to Lana and said happy birthday to her.

Chloe: Congratulations on your engagment!

Lana: Thanks Chloe! Thanks a lot!

Chloe: it was nothing.

Pete: Congrats Clark!

Lana to Chloe: I can't believe I forgot my own birthday!

Chloe: Well its nothing to be ashamed of I mean come on you got purposed to!

Clark to Pete: Your were right Pete a midnight birthday party is great.

Pete: What can I say?

Then they both greeted everyone for coming especially Nell.

Lana: Nell its so great to see you!

Nell: It's great to see you too and congrats on the engagment.

Nell: So when is it? is it big or small? lots of flowers? have you picked you maid of honor and your best man yet?

Lana: Slow down Nell we just got engaged!

Nell: I know but you got to start planning now if your are going to have it in the Summer!

Then Lois walked over Lana and Clark and congratulated them on there engagment.

Jor-El was talking to Johnathan and Martha about Clark's time with them. How he told Lana his secret andthat he ran away. Jor-El said that everything will be taking good care of and to not worry about Clark.

Jonathan: Hello son

Lana: Uhh..... I don't mean to interrupt but aren't you two supposed to be... like dead?

Martha: OH Lana, we are but Jor-El brought our souls here to watch Clark over.

Clark: He did?

Jor-El: Yes I did my son because these people our very important in your life so I brought them back for you.

Clark: Thank you Jor-El

JOnathan: Congratulations on your engagment.

Clark and Lana: Thanks.

Clark: Well we just came here to tell you this and hope that you can make it to our wedding.... some how...

Lana: Don't worry Clark, there love for you will never die.

Clark: Thanks Lana

THen he leaned in for a kiss.

Clark: Well we better start planning.

So then they went off to Clark's apartment and started planning.

"So Lana, when do you want to have this wedding?"

Lana: How about August?

Clark: 3 months from now?

Lana: Yes August 19 cause I can't wait any longer to be Lana Kent.

Clark: Lana Kent.... has a nice ring to it.

Lana: Okay... now that we picked out a date lets give you your suprise.

Clark: Oh my god I can't believe I forgot about that.

Lana: Well at least I remembered.

So what is it? Clark said pretending not to know.

I think you know. Lana said getting closer to him.

Clark: Uhmm...No I don't think I know. May be you should give me a hint.

Lana: Well it involves this...

She gave him a passionate kiss.

Lana: Is that enough?

Clark: Oh yeah.

Then they continued kissing and then it heated up. Clark started to kiss Lana's face, cheek, chin, neck and finally her lips.

Lana: Take me to your room

Clark: Are you sure your ready?

Lana: We are going to do this sooner or later so might as well sooner.

Clark: Okay just as long as your up for it.

Shut up and kiss me. she said jokingly.

When they got to the room Clark unzipped her dress and let it slip down revealing her underwear and bra. Lana took off his jacket and shirt without breaking a kiss. Lana then broke the kiss and threw Clark on the bed and was on top of him kissing him very passionatly and it got real passinate as the time went by. Soon they were undressed under covers in Clark's bed.

Clark was sleeping and Lana was awake.

She whispered in his hear: "I love you Clark Kent"



The next chapter is going to be the wedding.

don't worry I haven't forgotten about this story.. Like I said before the next chapter is going to be the wedding..... but I'm not too sure about it yet.... So don't get your hopes up just yet. :) :D

The next Morning.

Clark wakes up finding a pillow next to him and the shower running.

Lana then comes out of the bathroom with nothing but a towel on.

"Your finally awake sleepy head" Lana said walking towards the bed.

"Yea I had a great sleep." Clark replied looking at her body.

Lana: So did I....

She moved closer to him.

Clark: Well you know it was so great that I don't remember much.

Lana: Let me refresh your memory.

Then she went on top of Clark and then they made out there.

Then Lana pulled away.

"I have to get dressed" Lana said then bit her lip.

Clark: Why? I think you look hot!

Lana: Thank you.. why don't you go take a shower and come out in a towel and I'll make the same comment.

Clark: Gladly.

Clark then supersped into the bathroom and came out in a towel.

Lana: Thats hot but maybe you could actually take a shower.

Clark: I did.

Lana: really?

Clark: Yep shampoo and everything.

Lana: Your pretty fast.

Clark: Yup my parents told me that my powers are growing everyday.

Lana: Well then there's no need for milk then.

Then she motioned him to come to the bed and then they continued to kiss.

Then Lana pulled away.

Lana: Well I got to go look for my wedding dress.

Clark: Now?

Lana: Yes... Chloe and Lois are coming to pick me up. So are Pete and Bart.

Clark: You planned already?

Lana: yep now get dressed.

Then when they got dressed Lana got picked up by Lois and Chloe and Clark got picked up by Pete and Bart.

In Chloe's car

Chloe: So Mrs. Kent how does it feel to be engaged to Mr. Clark Kent?

Lana: It feels so right.

Chloe: Oh our little one is in love....

Chloe and Lois: Awwwww.....

Then they all laughed.

In Pete's car


Bart: So Clark how does feel to be engaged?

Clark: Its a great feeling.

Pete and Bart: Our little boy is all grown up...

Then they all laughed.

*1 week later *

Rehearsal Dinner

Ding Ding Ding

Pete: Can I have everybody's attention please.

They all turn there attention to Pete.

Pete: Clark and Lana have been in love ever since they were kids. Now look at them, still in love and engaged. There are no words to express how much these two love each other. They have been pushed to the limit to test there love and they have survived. I have no doubt in my mind that Lana and Clark will survive there marrige.

*Raises his glass*

To Clark and Lana

Everybody: Clark and Lana.

Clark and Lana stand up.

Clark: thanks pete

They both hug him.

DING DING DING

Chloe stands up.


Chloe: Everybody's attention please.

Turns attention to Chloe

Chloe: I have known Lana and Clark for years and it doesn't take a genious to know that they are deeply in love because the way they act just expresses everything. They had there ups and downs but they got through no matterhow bad it got. Just like Pete I have no doubt in my mind that the will survive there marrige. To Lana and Clark.

Everybody: Lana and Clark

They both stand up and hug Chloe who is on the verge of tears.

*The Wedding Day*

Pete with Chloe first , then Bart and Lois, finally the bride with Nell.

Lana walks down the isle with her beautiful dress with a garter. She couldn't believe she was going to marry Clark Kent, the man of her dreams. She never thought this day would come.

Clark then walked to her side and took her arm and linked it with his. Then they walked up the raverend.

"Do you Clark Kent take Lana Lang to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold and cherish till death do you part?

Clark: I do.

Raverend: And do you Lana Lang take Clark Kent to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold and cherish till death do you part?

Lana: I do


Raverend: Then by the power invested in me by the state of Kansas I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride.

Clark then leaned in for a long passionate kiss. Chloe started to cry on Lois's shoulder while Lois was trying to hold back tears and Nell was tearing.

Then they all went outside and flowers were being thrown up and falling down the wedded couple. Then they jumped in to the limo and off they went to the after party.

They all ate and then it was time for the bride and groom to dance.

Chloe: and now it is time for the bride and groom to dance.


Clark and Lana get on the dance floor. Lana put her arms around his neck and Clark put his hands around her waist. They danced to the song "You and Me" by Lifehouse.

Clark: I can't believe we're married.

Lana: Me neither.. I love you Clark Kent

Clark: I love you too Lana Kent.

Then the dance was over and everybody else joined in.

Bart: May I cut in?

Clark: Sure.

Nell then taps Clark on the shoulder.

Clark: Gladly.

So Bart dances with Lana while Clark dances with Nell.

Bart: Now if Clark drives you crazy you just give me a call

Lana laughed

"Don't worry I will."

Nell: Clark if Lana goes crazy you give me a call okay?

Clark: Don't worry, just be sure your up 24/7

They both laugh.

Then after the dinner they all went home and the wedded couple went to Lana's apartment and gathered there bags for there honeymoon.


Then they were off to Paris for there honeymoon.

AWWW..........dats was great that tthey got married and a little funny how bart told lana to give a call when if clark gooes crazy and same thing with nell to clark......so when is the next up date or it is ended

When they arrived in Paris there was a limo waiting for them, a gift from Lex along with the roundtrip tickets and hotel.

By the time they got to the hotel Lana was practically dragging Clark to the room.

Clark: Lana what's the hurry?

Lana: I just have a wedding present for you.

Clark: OOOOO I think I like this wedding present.

Lana: I'm sure you will.

When they got to the room Lana started to unbutton his shirt and then threw him on the bed.

Lana: So Mr. Clark Kent, how does it feel to be married to Lana Lang?

Clark: Horrible.

Lana: Really? How so?

Clark: Well she just drives me nuts and she makes my heart race so fast that I could have a love attack.

Lana then sat on his lap with her legs around his waist.

Lana: A love attack?

Clark: Yea she just threw me on the bed and then... hmmm.... what happened again??? you know I can't seem to remember what happened after that.

Lana: Well let me refresh your memory.

Then Lana kissed Clark and then pulled off his shirt and then Clark unzipped her dress and let it slipped off her body. Then she worked on his pants. Lana fell on top of Clark, and then he rolled so that he was on top of Lana. Clark kissed her neck, chin and then her lips. Then soon enough they were undressed and under covers.

Then Lana woke up to find nobody to cuddle up to. Then she saw Clark on the balcony with a robe on sipping on coffee. Lana got up and put a robe on and then went outside and wrapped her arms around Clark's waist.

Lana: Hey honey.

Clark: Hey beautiful.

"Isn't it beautiful"? Lana said as she went in front of Clark and he wrapped his arms around her waist.

Clark: Yea it is but not as beautiful as you.

Lana: You are so cute.

Clark: I try.

Lana: I love you.

Clark: I love you too.

The Newly Wedds stood there in the balcony admiring the beautiful scenery of Paris, both happy and in love. This was Mr. Clark Kent and Mrs. Lana Kent in there new life together.
