Please turn on my PM's

Help I can't enable my PM's could one of you nice mods please do it? There probably is a way I can do it but I can't figure it out.

If you go to user CP > Edit Options you can scroll down to "Messeging and Notification" ablout the third or force choice down allows you to enable PMs.
