Since the show does not have sub forums I figured this might be better so as not to ruin things for those that don't like speculation and potential spoilerage.

I am pretty confident that the babysitter's flash forward was of her baptism. It seems pretty clear that the priest was involved, his reaction, and then the blurred image of the person holding her down. She is wearing white. She thinks she is being punished(this one doesn't fit so much, at first I "misremembered" her saying she thought she "deserved it" instead).
I think it fits quite well anyway.
I am totally lost as far as Aaron's vision of his daughter. The only possibility I can come up with is that he lied to his wife about the remains not being hers, but it does not seem to be the shows style IMO for them to not give us an inkling that that was what happened.
