Worst Episode of Season 4?

Following suit with the other threads that others and I have already posted, here's the place for you to rant about what your least favorite episode was for the fourth season of Smallville. What made you dislike it so much? If there's a tie, be sure to explain why you chose both episodes, and if you want to list some runners-up as well just to write a lot, you have my permission to go right ahead. Ageless - a rapidly ageing exploding baby had to be one of the dumbest idea's ever. Tried to copy Ryan(an epsidoe I don't care much for but was at least decent) and failed.

Season 4 was pretty strong for me, at least in comparison to other seasons, but the worst episode would probably end up being "Bound." Lex's history of one-night stands was not an episode topic I was happy to see, even if it did give us the way cool Chlark elevator scene. It was just too dark for me, again, and it felt like it broke up the momentum of the season just a bit. Close behind would be the awfulness of "Spell," "Facade," and "Ageless."

[A Flawed Fashion]

I just watched Spell for the first time yesterday and that was one of the biggest "what the hell did I just watch" moments I have ever had with this show. It was probably one of the worst I've seen. Parts of it were funny, but I had never thought Kristin Kreuk was a bad actress until I saw this and only wanted to cringe during a lot of her scenes. Kristen is fine as Lana, but I didn't buy her as the witch - it was too much like a cheesy episode of Charmed with over the top acting and everything.

Ageless because using an exploding baby as a plot device to shoehorn Clana back together is the stuff epic fail is made of. Tied for next is probably one of Bound, Spell and Sacred, depending on my mood. Before the cast commentary, it would certainly have been Spell but now I just giggle at the sheer ridiculousness of it all.

Easy to see by this list why it my favorite season overall. I am probably being hard on Forever because I needed something in that category and it sort of stands out from my Neutral episodes
