My favorite stand alone in Season two was Chuck vs Tom Sawyer.

I also loved the last 2 episodes. They were huge!

Didn't care for the MI6 arc.

This may prove controversial, but I really liked Chuck vs The Cougars. Adam Baldwin was a comic genius in this episode, and the sheer nerve of them setting a cat fight in a shower to 'Smack my ***** up' made me laugh.

I agree with 'closetclana'; I boycotted watching any episodes with the MI6 guy in them.

My favorite episode in season 2 was Chuck Vs First Date, because it was their real first date and stared Michael Clarke Duncan. But Chuck Vs The Cougars was a close 2nd. Adam Baldwin was great and getting better every episode.
