This article pretty much sums what his episode is about!

Bear in mind that's The Sun. The same The Sun that ran a story on the day that Gridlock was aired showing a picture of 10 with his "mortal enemy" The Face of Boe. :S

Yeah, I don't believe that for a second.
Freema, I could believe. Catherine, maybe. But I think Billie is done with the show, at least for the near future. All RTD talked about in The Writer's Tale was giving Rose a definitive ending to her story in 'Journey's End'.
And even if they go with the Master for Tennant's send off, I think they would regenerate him.
Added later
Actually, I think Freema probably will end up in the last special, because they need someone to react to the regeneration, a new companion that's only just been introduced wouldn't have the same effect.
Well, maybe it worked back in the day, but not now.
I dunno, Freema's pretty busy with Law & Order - I could see her not being available for much at all. Plus I'm not sure, has she now got an ITV deal? If so, she won't be allowed to!
Plus, it makes no sense for Rose - like RTD says, there's been a definitive end to her story and it'd cheapen JE to bring her back.
Tate I think is a possibility, but even then does it suit her to go back? She could hurt her main career getting typecast.
As for Simm - those rumours never did go away that he'd return, but again his story was fairly closed. The Master's essence lives on, I'm certain (probably in his ring) but I think Simm's done for - plus he's definitely not the sort who likes to dwell on a role!
I just hope he's not killed by the bloody Daleks...

It would be funny if it was really random. Like the whole episode was a huge war, and you're just waiting for him to die. But he doesn't, and he saves the day, and then as he's walking back to the TARDIS, he trips over a brick.
Actually, that would probably p*** off a lot of people. But hey, I'd laugh. :)

I don't believe The Suns article. I could believe Martha (Freema) and The Master (John Simm) but Donna (Catherine) and Rose (Billie) I think would be impossible.
When The Doctor (10th) dies I hope he says something casual or funny like the others
