I loved the part where Lois is to Clark about how shes not special in his life and clark is like no you dont understood thats why youre special; i cant remember verbatum but that was sad.

and also that part where she says "youre not going to tell me your secret are you?"
heart breaking

but the MOST heartbreaking wuld be the end; although it wasnt spoken but the text messaging was really sad where clark writes "sorry cant make it. swamped with work." and lois says something along the lines of yea same here too; couldnt make it either. and she was there the entire time and clark was watching her

I really loved the dialogue in the Lois and Clark DP scene and the barn scene.I liked what Lois said about being special.Also it's cool when she said "I guess I can't call you Smallville anymore".They used that line in Blank,which was an awesome episode.

It reminded me of the JL cartoon episode when the JLers are turned to kids and wonderwoman is flirting with bruce and clark is totaly oblivious and basicly says whats with them and GL says something like for somebody with like 50 different types of vision you are so blind meaning dude why cannot you figure out that diana like bruce when you have all those superpowers especially supervision wich is basicly what lois said why flirting with clark.

And then after Clark says that he won't she says something like "It's okay. I understand." Awww!

I loved all of the dialogue between Lois and Clark. I also loved it when Chloe said something about protecting himself from heart break and he was like, "I destroyed the Legion Ring." and she said something about changing the subject! I can't remember it word for word but yeah, it was funny!

My favorite bit of dialogue was this....

[after Clark saves Lois from the DDS at the Planet]

Lois: Nice interception, but you shouldn’t be here. All the bloodhounds in the state will be sniffing you out!

Clark: It’s okay, I know this sounds crazy but in a few moments this will ALL be over.

Lois: Okay, well try me, my shock threshold is pretty high right now.

Clark: Lois, I have a ring that allows me to go to any moment in time.

[Lois looks a little stunned]

Clark: I’m going to go back to before Linda Lake ever wrote that article. The world isn’t ready to accept someone like me.

Lois: Then stay and fight back! Look! Give people a chance to see who you really are!

Clark: It’s too late Lois. My whole life I’ve seemed different.

I loved the opening scene dialogue with Lois and Clark...so great!:D

[It’s pouring. A cab pulls up across from the Daily Planet and a drenched Lois stumbles out, trying to manage her two suitcases and close the door with her foot. She stands on the sidewalk to get situated when the cab pulls away, splashing a ton of water into her already soaked face]

Lois: [sarcastically] Great! Thank you! Nice to be back!

[Clark runs towards her]

Clark: Lois?

Lois: Are you kidding me? Now you show up? The one time I actually depend on you, and you flake on picking me up from the airport?

Clark: I’m really sorry. [Lois turns and starts walking off, Clark follows]

Lois: Sorry? Sorry doesn’t buy back the last three hours I spent standing…[Lois starts to cross the street but one of her bags breaks open, spilling her clothes into the street. She kneels and starts stuffing the clothes back in] in a downpour…[She picks up the suitcase and then grabs the other one away from Clark and starts walking with both of them again] watching cheesy curbside reunions.

Clark: [walking after her] I can explain.

Lois: [shakes her head] You emailed last night to say you’d be there, what do I need to tie a string around your finger myself?

Clark: But, I got held up at… at work. I finished one thing Lois and something else would come up!

Lois: [harshly] You’re a reporter Smallville, you’re not saving the world.
[Clark stops and stares after her as she starts to enter the Daily Planet building]

Clark: I know…I should have called.

[Lois turns around to face him]

Lois: Look I get it. You have other things on your mind, I don’t expect to be the person at the top of your priority list. [Hurt she enters the building, leaving Clark standing outside]

such a good scene.. the should have made it more chlark friendly though.. thrown in a hug or something i mean he didn't know what would happen! neither did she! they could have hugged!! God i miss the chlark.. so badly :(

Many fantastic quotes in this episode!

First of all, LOIS LANE! Everything that came out of ED's mouth was pure genius and made me laugh at times! She is brilliant and it feels awesome to have her back.

Second of all, Linda Lake's "Funny thing about people..The only thing they love more than building up heroes...is tearing them down." How very true.

This was my favorite quote!

When Lois used this line I thought that she was using a line that Clark himself made a reference to in a similar barn scene in "Instinct" about being blind and not being able to see his soulmate. I wonder if Clark will put it together and realize that perhaps Lois was trying to tell him that she is his soulmate. :)

I caught that too, so I went back to see it. I don't think Clark was calling her Lo, I think he just cut himself off and was trying to figure out what to say next. After Lois said, "expand on your whole see-through things, thing" Here's what Clark said..

"No, Lo, I...(pause)..look I have to focus"

I have seen the episode 4 times now, and i get a chuckle twicw every time i see it...well the first couple of times it was more like ROFLMAO!

1- the "Oh hell no!" line was fantastic! THAT is Lois Lane. Nobody messes with her Clarkiepoo.

2-not realy a quote but a reaction to a quote: Clark: "I can blast fire from my eyes." and Erica flinches like she was about to get fried! i'm lauging now just thinking about it!

He does call her Lo while watching the episode and favorite scenes I don't know how many times:D Only her dad, Lucy and Chloe calls her Lo.
