She remembered in "Legion" at the end as well. In the speculation forums, I guessed that Jor-El must have not actually erased her memory but suppressed the memory. As a result of the ordeal of removing Brainiac, Chloe's memory of Clark's secret probably came back to the surface back into conscious awareness.

What weird hints? SHe told him in Legion, she said point blank "what you're secret? What on earth who make me forget that?" She doesn't know he suppressed those memories, but its kind of obvious that she knows everything about him when she said so in Legion.

I know that but she still is talking in Chloe code when they broach the subject and it is annoying. I guess I should have said they should just let them talk about her knowing plainly or drop the plot point until they do.

Somehow she remembered after they got Brainiac out of her in "Legion"..

okay i am really sorry if i am being stupid...but just cause she remembers that she used to have brainiac in her does not make her remember clark's secret...it could be clark is just a member of justice .... i don't see how chloe remembers that clark is superpowered.... i don't see how equating brianiac to remembering clark's secret...

it was pretty dam clear to me at end of legion after brainiac was gone she remembered everything up to when he took her up and not knowing clark wiped her memory of his powers and being an alien.
