Now I thought he had to leave earths atmosphere to heal. Now they have some doctor who can treat martians? Dude c'mon?
I mentioned this earlier but I think it would have been awesome if Clark returned the favor and learned to fly so he could take him out of the atmosphere. Why don't they think about those things?? MM's part was kinda boring. That would have made the episode the best.

Yeah thats odd they didnt see he had other organs. Even on star trek they didnt want doctors to look at spock when he got hurt.

I haven't seen the episode, but I assume the doctor is Professor Hamilton. In the comics, he works for Star Labs and is a trusted confidant of Superman who comes to him with advice on technology involving everything from mechanics to biology. IF this is Hamilton, then it's both a relatively accurate portrayal of and a fun homage to the comic book character.
Again, IF it is Hamilton. If not... then lame!

Oliver called him "Emil," so it's Dr. Emil Hamilton (not to be confused with the other Dr. Hamilton who worked for Lex in an earlier season). He's cool with Martian organs. What confuses me more is why when John lost his powers he retained his human form instead of his natural Martian form.

Power loss is temporary and that doesn't change his anatomy. Just the same with CK, he's still Kryptonian.

It's cool that he was actually in it. I missed the first 15 minutes because I dosed off before the show started :/.

It was Dr. Emil Hamilton. He's on Queen's payroll, Oliver mentioned all of this to Clark. We got spoilers earlier mentioning that Emil may appear in this episode. He's a comic book character who helps Superman in the future, and the JL, with alien tech, and other experiments. My guess is if we see him again it'll be if/when Oliver starts Star Labs (which is who Hamilton works for in the comics)

We'll have to wait for that. I don't think Dr. Hamilton knows about Clark yet.

So I guess now all of the Leaguers are all donning their suits again not just Ollie? I wish they'd bring back the whole team, we have spoilers up to episode 19 and it doesn't say anything about them. I thought it was supposed to be JL heavy this season.

Well, one can assume that MM's shapeshifting ability doesn't just effect his appearance, but also the inside of his body (anatomy and organs).

This I strongly agree with being a comic reader. We all know that when J'onn J'onnz is hurt he reverts to his Martian form, and I've even seen instances when he is psychologically hurt (fears) fire and reverts. Given the logic here, if he has lost his powers from going to the sun too closely, part of his powers include his ability to shape shift. He would definitely revert back to Martian form...unquestionably. That'd be cool if the show stepped out of its budget and honored this, but whatev man

I think I remember an episode in Smallville season one where Lex tricks one of his old flames and her father into looking at a place called Star Labs and they think they are going to put the Luthors out of business. In that same note Tess and Green Arrow are now going to merge, meaning that Star Labs already exists in the control of Lex and Tess until Green Arrow merges with them. Now Star Labs works under Green Arrows friends, along with Hamilton, right?

Actually, you're thinking of Cadmus Labs.
