ya i want to know about the smoke monster too. cause one its the coolest part of the show and 2 i think since they are waiting till the last minute to explain it that it will probably pull together the whole mystery of the island :D

Question I would like answered would be Why are Ben and Widmore at each others throats? Yeah Ben holds him responsible for killing Alex, but why the beef in the first place. You know.

Who Richard thought Locke was. He gave him the test to see if he was reincarnated.

I want to know why Richard looked the way he did when he met a young Ben in the jungle, with the long hair ect... We've seen him in all times frames, and he always looks the same... Except that 1 scene...

And I dont think you can say it was like Tom dressing up... Cause that was an order Ben gave later on as an adult... So what gives...

Those are some of the standard tests they use to find a leader, but in Locke's case it was to see if Locke remembered that 1954 talk (as an adult) with Richard, when he gave Rich the compass, so by Richard s mind he would think Locke would (as a kid) spot the compass.. Dead is Dead. So IDK if he was looking for a reincarnated God ect.. Richard was under the assumption Locke was the future leader cause LOCKE told him that in 1954.. But we find out that Locke was just a pawn all along part of the loophole, and was probably never meant to be the leader..

Smokie is a security system for the island.. And could very well be the Man In the Black shirt.. Since Ilanna said Jacob wasnt in the cabin, and for a long time.. We can assume, for now, that Black Shirt was the one telling Locke to "help me". But TPTB said they'll explain the Monster most likely the second from last ep.. I hope it's a flashback of sorts seeing his prospective on everything..
