I don't think they will. SV doesn't really follow comics all that much. I think she learned that she will have a pretty big destiny all her own and that what she will do will impact millions.

In one part the Legionnaires spoke of Lana as the founder of Isis and she was the one that encouraged the meteor infected to use their powers or learn to use them or something like that. Is that her destiny that she is unaware of?
