A lot of people have been speculating why Clark fell in the previews for next week's episode.
I have an explanation:
Lana is actually a clone that's being kept alive with Kryptonite (it's either inside of her stomach or in her heart).
You'll notice in the preview she's standing really close to Clark, almost as if she's lifting up her shirt. What if she reveals her robotic insides that are held together with a piece of meteor rock? That would explain why he fell down like that...Just thinking. I can't think of any other reason why he'd fall down except for the fact that she's got Kryptonite somewhere inside of her body, meaning she can't be with Clark anymore :)
