The intersect in Chuck's head is "The Light Intersect" so to speak. When Chuck gets the "The Dark Intersect" He might be complete if you want to call it that.
The Dark Intersect might change his personality for brief periods.

Well, yeah, a Dark Intersect. That's going to be something interesting to watch because Chuck has been a little girl this season needing Sarah and Casey's help. They focused more on Sarah and Casey centric this season than Chuck.
Chuck is the main character not them, I know he's supposed to be all good and pure but come on, he needs to be badass.

Well . . . I think they have focused on other characters to give some character development. Most of last season was dedicated to character development for Chuck . . . now that we have more perspective and back-story to Sarah and Casey, I think in the second half they'll get back to Chuck

I hope this "dark intersect" lives up to your expectations.
I really don't understand the concept. I thought the intersect was just information. The intersect doesn't control Chuck in any way (it isn't brainiac or anything). So why would a "dark intersect" control his emotions or who he was?

It is but if a Dark Intersect has scary images and who knows what else they could affect his personality brief periods of "dark" actions like almost killing someone or threatening Casey. ;)

I hope, Chuck needs to be more centric in the second half. He is the protagonist. ;)
