Because i highly doubt that he's dead for long and the only way for him to revive is to remove the piece of glass from his head. So who do you think it will be ? Or will it have remove itself from the explosion ?

Maybe the explosion but more funny would it be with some doctor who will remove the glass and than he will look at the body with words what the hell and than Sylar will kill him

yeah sylar will probably come back the same way good old jason does in friday the 13th, or like michael myers in halloween. he'll be on some slab in a morgue or in a ambulance and someone will come and examine the body, with sylar the glass will be removed, and then sylar will wake up and kill the person who was examining him.
