Music request

Anyone know where I can find the sheet music for the music that plays during pretty much every chuck/sarah heart to heart . . .

it plays at the end of chuck v. the wookie, and in the most recent episode where chuck tells Sarah that her father's sins are his, and not hers, among other scenes

If i had a piano here with me at school, i'd go figure it out . . . but I don't!

Since this is original music written for the series I think you would be hard pressed to find any sheet music. Unfortunately Tim Jones doesn't have a super resume that would suggest that his music would be compiled into a book.

Thanks for your post though. It made me go back and listen to the music there. It really is beautiful piano. I wouldn't mind the sheet music myself. If you ever transcribe it by ear send me a copy.

I'm thinking I might do it while I'm home over winter break, so if I do, I'll let ya know
