So, when Parkman and Daphne were in Parkman's apartment and there was a knock on the door and they seemed startled. Why didn't Parkman just use his powers to 'hear' who was on the other side? Or even use a peek-hole? He just opened the door and it could have been anyone.

And does anyone else think it odd how much Parkman clings to and believes in Daphne? He doesn't really know her and yet he seems to trust her.

You'll have to watch it again because Parkman did look through the peek-hole. That's why the confused look on his face when he opened the door.

I'm a little wigged out too by his whole wanting to be with Daphne, but remember that he was actually feeling what his future self was feeling around Daphne. It was like he was actually living that life. Actually married to Daphne. Actually crying and feeling mortified that she died. When he came out of it, he was scarred.

Oh I thought he was listening (not using his abilities listening) to the door.

^_^ I don't really care if it seems totally forced and thrown together! I 'ship Parkman
and Daphne!! (Because I like them both seperately anyway, and it's a nice pair to ship.
They're not bogged down with angst.--Well, not until last night, anyway.)

If I were him, after all that, I'd feel bonded to that person too.
It's just so in character because he's a nice guy who's selfless and cares about others.

Don't get me wrong - I don't mind the relationship at all - I just question Parkman throwing himself into it and poor Daphne having to deal with it :) I actually enjoy this ship to be honest.

That is a good point. I guess Parkman has always kinda been like that. Thinking with his heart and not his head :)
