Excellent Acting

I know all the stars in this show are great actors, but I found this time -- I'm pretty mesmerized with them, particularly Tom Welling and Erica Durance.

Erica Durance played drunk really well and she rocked the scene -- even though I didn't like what I was hearing :p Lois was having her cheeky, serious, agony, embarrassing, sorry and denial moments all in this one episode and I really think she pulled off each emotions well.

Tom Welling was excellent, as usual. I loved his annoyed expression and pretty "innocent" look when Clark was forced to play along with Lois about them getting married. I also loved his expression when he made the little speech to Chloe and Jimmy -- My favorite being the brief reminisce of their past. I think my favorite would be the time at the dungeon and elevator. I was just so mesmerized with his eyes. :lol:

I think that every actor, especially TW and ED are extraordinary in this season, because they have much more work to do.
In the last season so was ED not in so many episodes, and TW didn't do a great acting, because of the script he had.

Everyone seems to have upped their game this season, especially Erica Durance. She deserves all the screen time she gets, and more.

It's just so sad, that they didn't show her potential in the earlieer season's, because she's extraordinary! :).

does anyone think Tom was a great actor on Committed?



I just watched Committed, and I loved the look on Clark's face when Lois told Clark, "Did you really think I was in love with you? I took the sensor ring off my finger, when I answered the question. I pretended to like you. Clark, you're not a good liar, so it's a good thing I answered the question, instead of you."

Clark looked really disappointed and hurt when Lois told Clark she wasn't in love with him. Tom did a great job (looking disappointed). He really looked like he was hurt, which proves what a great actor he really is. Great job, Tom Welling! Keep up the good work!

Does anyone else agree with me in thinking Tom Welling did a great job with that disappointed look on his face (in the elevator with Lois Lane)? He really did an excellent job with that look on his face!

But I don't think this is the case for season 8. The writers have done a great job with Clark so far!

He wasn't a good actor, he is a amazing actor, I love all his face expression through the epi, special the last scene in the elevator.... poor guy she is not in love him jajajajaajajaj :p:rotfl::rotfl:

He can blush on command. Take a look at when he puts Lois down after picking her up. I think he does a great job espcially with his facial reactions.

You have to remember he is acting like Clark Kent who is very sweet and sees the good in everybody. He can't act like MR who played sicko like Lex.

Im glad the writers are getting Clark to use his abilities much more loosely in this season, which means if Clark isn't afraid to use heat vision in front of Lois, then it's time to take on the identity of Superman and go public. :)

Erica shined IMO, her internal conflict was very well portrayed. :)
