Best Clois Episode in SV

After 'Commited' i began to wonder what the best Clois episodes were? Its a toughie for me:cool:

I voted Hydro and Apocalypse.

Not even close. Commited, hands down. And when Badtoad comes out with her screentime totals this episode will go down as the most screentime Clois have ever shared together in an episode, by far. I clocked it at just under 22 minutes which is insane. And it will also be the most screentime ever by Lois in any single episode.

Crusade is my favorite because that's when they first met, but Committed is also very good and better than the others because they had a lot of anvils instead of real development whereas Committed was just about ALL development. With some gags thrown in.

That isn't to say that the others didn't have any real development, but there were a lot of anvils being tossed around back in the old days. Tonight's episode didn't have very many.

I do think that they need to dial back on the romantic feelings bit after this episode though, because otherwise I'd feel like it went way too fast. To quote my grandmother, slow cooked marinade ALWAYS tastes better than putting Ragu in the microwave.

:D actually it´s a hard choice, because all Clois episodes are great for me, specially the last ones where Clark and Lois get closer than their first seasons together because they have become friends and their relationship have been evolving with the time, but choosing one, I stay with "Commited", definetely my new favorite.:D

Oh, I love ALL the Clois episodes, but "Committed" is BY FAR my favorite Clois Episode and probably even my favorite SV episode! :D

There was just something about this episode... hmm, who would have thought one word could make such a difference! ;)

The show ended too soon for me, but it makes me all the more excited to watch next week, even though I know it won't have as much Clois. I hope she's in it though. Erica Durance blew me away last night...loved it...and craving for more Clois. :D

I believe Committed inspired many people to become Cloisers.I was really close to becoming one myself but i prefer not to follow any ship.The other episode that comes close is Hydro.Not because of the kiss but because of the scene later on between Clark,Lois and Chloe.Allison did a wonderful job there.Exposed wasn't all about the Clois but it gave us an unforgettable moment with a certain beauty wearing the stars and stripes.

alright, I must admit, I was a pretty big Clana fan when the show was just getting started, but now I'm definitely rooting for Clois! I figure when I chose all but 2 of those episodes as my faves, it must mean I see something there...:) I also think comedy is the absolute best thing clark and lois have at the moment, I always find myself laughing out loud at their chemistry, something I couldn't say for any other love interests of clark's. committed is definitely going to be a best of the season!!!!

Except both of those, aren't exactly what i call "real" Clois screentime. Hydro, Lois wasn't aware it was Clark as GA. And Apocalypse was the AU Clois.

Crimson and Apocalypse are great, but I did not vote for them because they were not "real." I forgot to vote for more than one so I voted for Committed. I would have included Maxima as a Clois episode, too.

That is a great way to put it. One wants so bad to see Clark and Chloe together on Smallville that one forgets it's a Superman prequel in its eighth year that already has Lois Lane in the story. That is definitely flying too close to the Sun. :(

I'm a Clana fan, but my favorite Clois episode was Lucy. I liked the Clois scenes which showed that Lois found herself opening up to Clark & sharing with him who she really is, & then suddenly realized it and went back into her usual way of relating to him. I liked getting a peek at what's hiding inside of Lois, to see who she really is on the inside.

I voted Committed, but Hydro is a close second, because in Committed Lois realizes she does love Clark, and in Hydro, Clark expression after he kisses Lois when he rips off his glasses says it all. He realizes that there is someone else besides Lana, who can rock his world, and he likes it! The ending is just priceless when Lois tells him he could teach Oliver a few things, their faces are priceless!!

While Gone is a classic, and Apocalypse is an amazing future ep, Committed is by far the best Clois episode to date. It was just so wonderfully funny and light-hearted, yet very deep and intense.

It was all about Lois and Clark and I loved it.

It was a hard choice between Hydro or Commited.I finally picked the latter because it promoted Clois with not only anvils but subtle nuances like body language and facial expressions.
When Lois finally answered YES to the question about her love for Clark,I laughed out loud with pleasure.

It was sooooo iconic with Lois after the identity of a masked superhero - the rescue - their first kiss - Jimmy's camera - Clark's reaction!!!

After Hydro, most of the S4 Clois eppies... w/Aqua thrown into the mix.

Committed might rank somewhere in the middle; I don't know, I need to rewatch it some more. I will say that Committed was very good and has me hopeful that S8 will find the right note for SV roma Clois.

You know as much as I LOVED 'Committed' my favorite Clois scene (well the one closest to my heart) will always be the shower scene in 'Gone' it was just...Awesome...and the scene right after it...TW had the greatest comedic timing there...It never fails to make me laugh 'ShowerSSS we took separate showerSSS"
I think that's the scene that made me really fall in love with the Clois ship on SV...I know for a lot of people it was the 'dunk' scene in 'Facade' which I also adored..But nothing can beat that shower scene for me...:)

Hydro was very Superman with Clark being the hero in disguise and it had Lois and Clark's first kiss. And Apocalypse was a great not to the way Lois and Clark are introduced their romance in the film and comic books. :D

That was my reaction to the Pilot!! LOL... I saw him stumble and trip next to Lana & thought, "Oh look, there's Lois!" And then he says, "Lana" and I'm like, "Who the HELL is LANA???" :lol:

After much racking in my brain, I finally remembered - by the end of the episode - that Lana Lang was Clark Kent's high school sweetheart.

You know, I didn't mind Clana that much in S1, though. I thought that the ending scene of the Pilot was very sweet... when he sees her in his loft and asks for a dance. And, then, it turns out it was a fantasy. And, then, the way she looks up at the barn, like she can tell that he's looking at her.... that was very well done. It was a scene that really spoke to the sweetness and innocence of first love.

The only thing I saw of SV before that was the very end part of Perry... I wasn't watching too close though... I wanted to see if it was one of the ones with James Marsters :lol:

I liked Apocalypse because it showed that, regardless, this is where Clark ends up, and if not for the baggage, Lois, who ends up at the DP regardless I might add, digs Clark, and Clark digs Lois on a basic level. So, with all that SV has screwed up on, that episode let me know the writers know what the deal is.

Committed airs in the UK later, woo hoo. I've seen it like 15 times but this is the first time I can admire serious Clois (and Tom's guns) on big fat TV screen, not pokey, little laptop screen!!! I can't wait, minus 126 minutes till take-off, yippee!!! :D :D :D
