My respect for the show dropped after seeing this. I am very disappointed. I was thinking that Hiro was going to trick them by stopping time or something but he actually killed him.

No wonder Ando comes back and kills Hiro in the future. Ando probably gets powers from Mohinder.

I'm just not getting into Hiro's new mentality right now. He immediately wants to join some organization he knows nothing about, not to mention siding with the girl that stole the formula from him.

And he stabs Ando....... Yeh I know he can probably go back in time to save him. But how? If he saves Ando, Daphne and Knox will see him. If Hiro blinks Ando away they are gonna question what happened to him and not allow Hiro to join. There is no saving Ando without losing his credibility.

Hiro's full of it, he just made his best frd into an enemy of his own! It's like a deja vu all over again how Adam was once a comrade and friend of Hiro and now his sworn enemy. No wonder why the future Hiro seems so pessimistic about everything. Future Hiro went thru alot ALOT!

My guess is his transformation has made him a bit mad and determined to find a way to reverse it but in order to do so he needs guinea pigs perhaps. Like a mad Scientist sort of deal, a mad scientist with crazy bug power.

As for Hiro I don't know what the hell is wrong with him, that was so out of character and unexpected. I wonder if this is all part of some crazy master plan that Hiro cooked up with Adam and perhaps he has access to his blood to heal Ando afterwards.

Mohinder is turning in to some kind of "spider-dude". Probably had some kind of paralyzing venom. Hiro killed Ando so he wouldn't be killed in the future, but somehow he'll be saved (he's in the credits for the episode after next!) and seek revenge. That's how he gains his red lightning power.

I'm still convinced that it was. They never went back to Hiro/Ando in the episode, so I'm hoping we'll get some "reveal" on this next week.

And as for "Evil Ando" in the future, who is to say that it was "Evil Hiro" and Ando took him down for the greater good. They talked about betrayal, but Hiro jumped the gun on assuming Ando was the bad guy.

Um...doubtful. I mean, we saw the sword go right in him. And kinda saw him fall over dead.

Who knows? Maybe I'm wrong, but it's hard to see that happening, at least in my opinion.

This Volume is called "Villains" after all. I expect that by the end of the first half of the season, every single one was a villain in a moment of it.

Trying to guess how Hiro will fix this (even if it's Hiro to fix it) is kinda pointless with all the twists on the show.

I agree...EVEN if he could go back in time..either way killing Ando (for "sacrifice" or whatever it may be) was not justified. Taking lives is the fine line between villian and hero.

That's pretty much what I was thinking (and I'm surprised you're the only other one to have thought it :)). If Ando had actually died, there would've been a bit more focus (such as when HRG died, there was a big build up and drama afterward).

i do not think andos dead i think somehow he is alive because they are best friends and i have not seen better friends in the show1 I dont think hiro will kill ando just to join a group or save the world because the world is always ganna need saving so why kill your best friend to save the world once if you know you are gonna have to do it again!

Hiro is a time lord. who can also travel anywhere in space. Which means he can go to anytine, and anyplace, and pluck ando, any time sequence of ando, from any time period. I think hiro realizes that his power puts him on another level, and he knows there are multiple versions and copies of both himself as well as ando through an infinite number diversions. Wow, what a mouthful. That being said, the writers have a plan(kind of like this one ;) )

The fact that he can go back and change it doesn't change the fact that at some point in a timeline, he knowlingly stabbed his best friend through the chest without showing remorse or considering another way. Hence why I don't think Ando's dead at all.

Well, Hiro killed Sylar (Well, was willing to, and would have if Sylar didn't get saved) He's willing to do what he has to to save the world.

I think he really killed Ando, because him coming up with a plan to fake is death in those few seconds is unlikely. I think he does have a plan to bring him back though, or he was willing to have him permanently dead to save the world. It's a sacrifice. His best friend, so it's not like he enjoyed killing him, he just knew it had to be done.

And I'm pretty sure in the future Ando is evil, not Hiro, because when Ando kills him, he just takes the formula and leaves, with a cold look on his face and no "You killed me, I'm just getting revenge" speech, or "I'm doing it for the greater good."

I think Hiro is just setting everyone up because he does have the ability to go back in time. I think he wants to know whats going on.
