Durance in Smallville: The Comic #10
Smallville's
new Lois Lane, Erica Durance, is interviewed in the tenth issue
of DC Comics' Smallville comic book, which hit comic specialty
shops today. In the interview, she talks about her new role
and her background with Superman mythology.
The
interview discusses Erica's thoughts on why Lois Lane would
be brought to the show at this point, the differences between
young Lois and who she becomes later, and more things.
Among
the details, Erica says about Lois's visit to Smallville: "I
come to Smallville to investigate my cousin Chloe's death. Basically,
I've decied I am not getting the answers I want, so I need to
get involved. In my history that I've made, Chloe is one of
the only close people I've allowed in and now she's gone. And
answers aren't coming as swiftly as I want them to, so I go
myself." Erica also says she doubts that there will be
a "classic triangle where everyone is jealous" between
Lana, Lois, and Clark.
Smallville
